The room quite spacious , front desk reception was very help full when we ask for a little bit early check in . there is connecting door from the lobby hotel to Sorai resto , make it easy for us not to walk during rainy times

I chose the hotel because of its location. Close to many landmarks in semarang. Employees were polite, friendly include security. The only thing I want Neo to improve is the maintenance (room and corridor.
I liked the VIT water dispenser nearby my room and I noticed there were events next to breakfast area : from Polda to wedding. This shows that NEO has good food and beverage quality

Saya memesan kamar deluxe dan dikasih kamar deluxe di lantai 1, tetapi view nya jelek sekali yaitu menghadap ke gudang terbuka
Biasanya kan kalau kamar dengan harga yg lumayan mahal , view nya juga bagus, tapi ini view nya sangat sangat jelek dan kotor serta banyak tumpukan barang berantakan
Untuk manajemen Tolong dibenahi view kamarnya, jangan kita disuruh melihat gudang yg berantakan, minimal dibuat taman2 kecil & kondisinya bersih
