The room quite spacious , front desk reception was very help full when we ask for a little bit early check in . there is connecting door from the lobby hotel to Sorai resto , make it easy for us not to walk during rainy times

Shower mantap, ruangan nyaman dan kedap suara, pokoknya okay, next lebaran ke sini lagi.
Nggak ada hairdryer.
I chose the hotel because of its location. Close to many landmarks in semarang. Employees were polite, friendly include security. The only thing I want Neo to improve is the maintenance (room and corridor.
I liked the VIT water dispenser nearby my room and I noticed there were events next to breakfast area : from Polda to wedding. This shows that NEO has good food and beverage quality
Semua sesuai standar
Comfortable room
Limited parking
Location
Miss coordination, staff did not service well. Asked the payment meanwhile already transferred and took l longer time just only check in on 10pm above
Towels and bathroom carpet need to be changed.
