Fun restaurants in Governors Harbor.
Nothing
Location to the beach, to Tippy's and to the grocery store were ideal. It was quiet and mornings on the deck were relaxing. Kitchen was well equipped with new pots, pans, dish ware. Bed was perfect and the bathroom well equipped and comfortable. Pool was wonderful and when a couple of leaves flew into it, the staff was on it faster than I would have if it was my own pool. Fantastic! We don't go back to places twice, but we will this time and will return to Pineapple Fields.
A/C needed an upgrade. Repair was needed and you responded quickly and remedied the issue.
Our first visit to Eleuthera was only made better by the beautiful accommodations at Pineapple Fields. The staff was wonderful and the facilities were clean and neat. After long days on the beach or driving around the island, it was wonderful to come “home” to this perfect place.
Best location. Right in front of a world-class beach and Tippy’s. Potlatch Club and Levy’s Reserve close by. Short drive to Governor’s Harbor. Beautiful botanical garden with pool area. Big & well furnished apartments with nice deck. Overall relaxing vibe.
The only downside was that the ceiling/floor is poorly insulated and we could hear every step from our neighbors, which woke us up twice.

I inadvertently left some drops of blood on my pillow and sheet on the first night The pillow was changed but the same blood spots were on the sheet when we left 9 days later We had the same pool towels for 9 days
Our experience with the accommodation in the Bahamas was absolutely exceptional! The location was stunning, with breathtaking views of the turquoise sea, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The room was spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed for a perfect stay. We can only give it a 10/10
The apartments in the houses are charming, nicely appointed and clean. The location is superb, only a a short walk from a very beautiful beach. There is little beach restaurant at the beach within walking distance.
The only issue was the sleeper sofa. Ours was really uncomfortable and at the minimum needed the thin mattress which felt like sleeping on metal rods replaced. We were offered an air mattress, which was a relief.
Property was very clean, great proximity to the beach.
The road to the property was not good. The floors didn’t seem well insulated and we were hearing the guests on the second floor all the time.
Great location near a beautiful beach and Tippy's, well appointed room with all facilities (well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, terrace, great internet, etc.) and very nice attention to detail: coffee, tea, beach chairs, etc.
Hard to say: some local tourist information in the office (restaurants, beaches, etc.) would have been nice.
