Pros:

Soggiorno perfetto! La struttura è pulitissima, la camera accogliente e dotata di ogni comfort. Il personale è estremamente gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Ottima anche la posizione, comoda per spostarsi. Torneremo sicuramente!

A convenient place to stay but very noisy at night
Pros:

Very traditional Italian hotel with a big pool in the centre of town and good amount of parking outside, very clean and nice staff.

Cons:

The breakfast was not brilliant, there was lots of choice almost too much but there was a black hair in the scrambled eggs on one day and the eggs were cold the next. The room was good but I barely got any sleep because it was so loud at night with noise from the corridor.

Second time back here and would stay again, it’s very basic but nothing it doesn’t claim to be!

Our hotel and the town were pleasant, extremely pleasant.
Pros:

Everything was terrific. Breakfast. was varied and plentiful. The coffee bar was spectacular. The pool was lovely. Our room was very nice. The size of the hotel was great - relatively small. Best of all was the staff. They were wonderful!

Cons:

There is noting to complain about. We are very happy and will return.

Il rumore della porta d'ingresso che veniva sbattuta continuamente, anche di notte, disturbando il riposo.
Le pulizie e il mancato ricambio degli accessori: sono state lasciate le tazzine usate sporche e il bagno non è stato pulito.

Ottima posizione e personale molto gentile
Pros:

Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Posizione comodissima per il Baglio di Scopello, la Tonnara e le splendide calette della zona. Piscina molto bella. In generale, considerando che eravamo in alta stagione, il prezzo era comprensibile, ma non l’ho trovato in linea con l’esperienza offerta. Per questo avrei dato un voto più alto se il rapporto tra prezzo e qualità del soggiorno fosse stato migliore.

Cons:

Purtroppo l’insonorizzazione è stata il principale punto negativo: si sentiva praticamente ogni passo proveniente dalle camere superiori e da quelle vicine. Avevamo inoltre una scala proprio accanto alla camera e si sentiva continuamente il passaggio degli ospiti, oltre ai rumori delle pulizie durante le varie ore della giornata.
Non abbiamo potuto usufruire della piscina come avremmo voluto: nel pomeriggio in cui avevamo tempo libero, tutte le sdraio erano occupate da asciugamani e libri lasciati da altri ospiti che si erano allontanati. Sarebbe utile che la struttura monitorasse maggiormente questo aspetto.
