Great stay and will be back for sure !!!
Pros:

Everything, the location, the vibe, yhe infinity pools, the beautiful sunset view from the 27th pool bar....
Great- all staff at the reception and restaurants, I dont remember all names, but Nong and Neung (on the road- the breakfast restaurant)
From the concierge, receptions, restaurants, bar, housekeeping, I satisfied with all of their behaviours and smiles.
The cleanese of the room and surprises birthday cake with cute decorations for my husband birthday.

Thank you very much for your effort and we definitely will come back if visiting Pattaya again and surely will recommend to our friends.

Wirklich gutes Hotel mit einzelnen Schwächen.
Pros:

Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Highlight des Hotels natürlich die beiden Rooftop Pools. Das Fitnessstudio ist ebenfalls hervorragend ausgestattet.

Cons:

Lediglich die Zimmerausstattung lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig. Ein Fernseher ohne Medienapps (YT, Netflix etc) ist nicht wirklich angemessen für diese Hotelkategorie.

Pros:

This is already my second time staying at this hotel, and I can confidently say it’s an excellent place in Pattaya. I truly enjoyed every aspect of my stay – the hotel is aesthetic, clean, and very well organized. The staff is kind and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere is great. The breakfast was also of a high standard and offered a good variety. I will definitely come back again in the future and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

friendly, supportive, and attentive staff

great people, great environment. mins away from great shopping events and tourist attractions. the 27 th floor pool is a great spot to watch sunsets.

Do somethings can be better
Pros:

Before I go to hotel, they will have welcome drink for the guest,but this time haven’t! That make me feel disappointed!

But I still will come again! Because Siam@Siam is my first choices of hotel in Pattaya!

Excellent Service and Outstanding Professionalism

I would like to express my sincere thanks to Baifern and Sign, the receptionists at Siam@Siam Hotel.
They were extremely professional, kind, and helpful throughout my stay. Even though I made a mistake regarding my reservation, which was my own responsibility, they took the initiative and helped me with great understanding and care.
Their attitude, professionalism, and problem-solving approach made a very positive impression on me. In my opinion, Baifern and Sign are among the best reception staff a hotel could have.

Best of Pattaya
Pros:

Loved staying here. Staff were all so friendly and welcoming. The rooftop bar has amazing views of Pattaya beach and city. Very cool vibes, DJ on weekends, fabulous food and cocktails. Atmosphere on Level 24 so relaxing with comfortable lounges and beautiful sunset views. All the staff wonderful, sorry we can’t remember all names but especially, Mali, Arlin and Lyn 🙏❤️

Geat Hotel Great Vibes but showing its age
Pros:

Loved staying at Hotel both times i have been there.Seems some cost savings have made the trip not as memorable as the first. Coffee made by barista was a great touch taken away on my second trip. Also enjoyed 2 for 1 cocktails at On the Road on the first trip till 10pm however I think this was replaced with the Cocktails at skybar. Staff where fantastic.
