Outside noises roadside cafes and music all night

Номер выходил балконом на дорогу, поэтому постоянно крики с кафе (особенно ночью) и рёв байков и днем и ночью, спать не возможно, не спасали даже беруши.

The staff was very rude and did not care about the guests staying there, There was no one available at the time of checkout ( Had to wait for 20 mins ),

The room ambience is Pathetic they really need a Renovation

No coffee facilities in room

Filthy. Bathroom had no extraction fan, shower and surrounds filthy, Chrome filthy. Sink dirty, bide hose jutted out in the way of closing bathroom door, Seat on toilet askew, Cistern button surround lying on back of toilet. Mirror backing flaking and needs replacing. No toilet paper on arrival and check-In.
Broken Tile in Bedroom dangerous for bare feet. Grouting in bathroom and around shower in particular was absolutely filthy and shower drain top missing. A/C modes not all working (e.g. swing mode). TV very old and tin can sound. Bed was as hard as lying on a Styrofoam block. Main door into room: doorjamb near handle and lock was split and broken (like it had been crowbarred).
Service desk was advertised as manned 24/7. However, this was a joke... only manned on check-in and checkout hour (not for an hour either. Also, the lady seldom answered her phone, and I had to call several times with no answer and no ability to even leave a message. Very negative and unhelpful attitude.
No coffee making facilities in room. Opposite of a 'Superior Room that was booked!!
Remotes for A/C and TV old and dirty.
Furniture paint chipped and very poorly maintained.
On speaking to other guests, some who had stayed a couple of weeks, I was told the lady who was the person that checked in and out guests (and meant to be manning the 'service desk', (Reception), had her boyfriend staying which was why they figured she was never at reception. Also, the reception desk looked more like an old kitchen bench, and was not in any way secure, being open for anyone from the street to walk in and behind. When I requested a secure place to store my luggage prior to checking in (I arrived about 2hrs early (before 2pm check-in), I was told (after ringing the phone number a couple times, to leave it behind the desk.... which had no door or anyone manning it!
I took several photos of the room as evidence.

The balcony door it is hard to close it even if you do you can still hear noises from outside.
The street because of bars and traffic it can be noisy
The furnitures was old
