O que mais gostei foi do quarto amplo, da cama grande e muito confortável, do chuveiro quentinho e das torneiras com água aquecida. O atendimento da recepção e dos manobristas também foi excelente: todos muito simpáticos, atenciosos e prestativos, tornando a estadia ainda mais agradável.

Cons:

Não tenho nada a pontuar. A estadia atendeu às expectativas em todos os aspectos.

Foi razoável tendo sido melhor se não tivesse sido acordada precocemente no meu último dia de hosped

No meu último dia no hotel, dia 8 passado, o a mangueira do chuveirinho do meu banheiro rompeu e os registros do banheiro estarem duros e não ter fechado e ter o chão do meu banheiro totalmente alagado o que me fez acordar as 05:30h da manhã com o barulho da água vazando pelo rabicho da ducha higiênica. Esse evento foi bastante desagradável pois o funcionário da manutenção só chegava as 8 horas e a camareira as 7h, precisei usar o vaso sanitário dentro dentro de uma piscina de água. Isso foi bastante desconfortável. Todo o ocorrido foi comunicado a recepção do hotel desde madrugada quando eu acordei e não dormi mais.
