Une superbe oasis plutôt, proche du centre ville et des différents points d'intérêt de la ville. Le personnel de l'hôtel est aux petits soins. Le restaurant est bon, avec beaucoup de choix
La comida es deliciosa y a muy buen precio. La piscina es muy agradable y cuentan con asoleadoras muy cómodas para descansar. Las habitaciones son confortables y tienen todo lo necesario, incluyendo nevera y camas muy cómodas.
Lo recomiendo totalmente, ofrece una excelente relación calidad-precio.

Das Personal ist ein Highlight in diesem Hotel. Super freundlich. Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Die Zimmer ebenfalls.
Wir hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht. Eines davon für 3 Personen. Darin waren aber nur zwei Betten mit 1m Durchmesser. Also absolut ungeeignet für 1 Erwachsenen und 2 Kinder (8Jahre). Als dies bemängelt wurde, hat man uns ein Zusatzbett ab der zweiten (!) Nacht für zusätzliche $15.-/Nacht angeboten. Nicht, dass das Geld entscheidend wäre, aber entspricht einfach nicht unserer Buchung. Man hat uns dann gesagt, dass wir die Buchung auf Booking als no-show unsererseits abbuchen sollen und dann direkt in der Unterkunft bezahlen - dann würde man uns die $15/Nacht erlassen. Blöderweise hat dann Booking seinerseits (gutgemeint) die Reservation storniert obwohl wir schon eingecheckt waren. Damit mussten wir dann wohl oder übel direkt bezahlen und nun kommt Booking mit Forderungen (noch in Abklärung). Alles in allem würde ich von einem Aufenthalt abraten da etwas "fishy".

Lovely hotel. Rooms were spacious & clean. Staff were very friendly. Loved having the pool.
Sunbeds could be improved, some were broken. Maybe a mosquito net in the room too?
The room was clean and spacious. i experience a great staycation there so many safety personnel who visible in the area.

Die Angestellten sind alle freundlich, zuvorkommend und höflich. Sie kümmern sich stets um all unsere Wünsche. Das Essen war sehr gut. Alle unsere Bestellungen waren einwandfrei.

Very comfortable accommodations and wonderful staff, smooth experience during our check-in and check-out. The breakfast was also very tasty. Good value and seemed to be a nice area of Siem Reap, best relax hotel. We needed an overnight stay before our trip to Battambang and did not have the chance to swim in the pool and cannot comment on those areas.
