Great stay, friendly staff.
Pros:

The hotel is very comfortable. The staff was also very attentive. Overall, the staff was excellent, they constantly checked on us to see if we were okay and made sure we could go on the rides without any problems.

The staff are very kind, very sweet, and friendly. The only really good thing about this hotel is the swimming pool and the magical setting that surrounds it.

Cons:

I was quite disappointed after reading the reviews about this hotel. I expected it to be much better. In addition to being far from the city, you always have to walk about 30 minutes or constantly take a tuk-tuk to get anywhere. During my stay, I noticed several issues that should be mentioned. First, the bathroom is very dark and small, which makes it uncomfortable. The room itself was also quite dark and lacked comfort. It almost felt like we were staying in an environment that resembled a bathroom rather than a proper bedroom. The mattress was very hard, and on top of that the air conditioning did not work very well. Overall, I was quite disappointed. The only positive aspects were the ones I mentioned earlier: the friendly staff, the swimming pool, and the beautiful setting around the hotel.

Pros:

This hotel is truly amazing, we hand a deluxe bedroom which are worth every penny, the beds are amazing had a brilliant nights sleep, you are close to everything either by walking or in a taxi for a small charge. The pool is a little haven and a brilliant sun trap to relax around after a busy morning visited temples.

Agréable séjour après changement de chambre !!
Pros:

Le personnel est adorable et ils ont su répondre à nos demandes.
La piscine est très bien et les chambres qui donnent à l’arrière sont calmes.
L’ensemble de notre séjour a été agréable !
Et l’hôtel est très bien placé pour visiter Siem Reap.

Cons:

Les chambres sur rue sont extrêmement bruyantes, nous avons demandé à changer après une première nuit difficile entre la rue, la Clim bruyante et les crapauds sonores…

Et le petit déjeuner n’est pas bien pour ceux qui l’aiment sucré, peu de choix et des viennoiseries très sèches (4 matins d’affilé).

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The facilities were very clean and good, including the swimming pool and area.
Our room with Balcony was quiet, spacious, very clean and comfortable. Approx 20 min walk to town or a $1 Tuk Tuk ride. Over all an excellent stay and we loved Siem Reap also.

Pros:

It was located close to the markets and pubstreet , and staff were lovely. The hotel was excellent value for money. And had great facilities for what you pay.

Cons:

We had a ground floor room and got absolutely bitten to pieces by mosquitos which is probably on us for not booking a more specific room
