I was traveling with my wife and had early morning international flight. At checkin, they said it’s twin only, when I booked King/Queen. Later they asked for voucher, it almost felt they snubbed coming via online booking.
Then they offered last room on floor. The room was stinking. I complained. Cleaning staff put some fragrance. I told at reception, they seemed not bother
Checkout, took longest. I submitted my feedback on the card , rated 7, the person took it and did not hither to ask reasons for low ratings .
From IHG group, this was not expected. Please so have better staff with nicer attitude. Also if you don’t like people coming from booking.com or other portal do un-list yourself .

Nice location to airport. Front desk staff very helpful. Bar/restaurant staff was excellent.
Nothing, this isn't a 5 star hotel but it's a nice hotel with a convenient location. Comfortable bed. Helpful staff. There isn't really anything that you can walk to from here but taxi's were readily available.
