I'm very dissatisfied with my experience with this hotel. I booked the hotel through Booking.com. I selected the room I wanted. I arrived at the hotel around 5 p.m. after a long, almost 20-hour flight. Upon arrival, the very unfriendly staff informed me that my room was unavailable. They also stated that they had sent me a notification. They did, but I didn't even have time to read it because it was during my flight. After a long, unpleasant conversation with the hotel representative, they decided to offer me a different room in a different hotel about 400 meters from the one I had chosen. The new place was dingy and dirty. The new room offered was so small you could barely walk around the bed, the windows hadn't been cleaned in years... the bathroom needed a thorough cleaning. In short, it was unacceptable and a disgusting place to spend a few days. So, after a long and tiring journey with luggage, and in the evening, when it was already dark, I was forced to look for a new hotel on my own. Fortunately, I managed to find a new room in another excellent hotel with exceptionally friendly service. Therefore, I do not recommend this hotel and advise against it to any traveler. Don't waste your time and book another hotel.

cet hôtel pratique un surbooking permanent depuis des années que je le connais donc en arrivant la chambre réservée n'est jamais disponible sous les prétextes les plus divers travaux, climatisation en panne etc et on vous envoie dans d'autres hôtels à 1 ou 2km ce que j'ai absolument refusé pour aboutir au Rosa hotel a 400m mais dans la Walking street ce I Peace Hotel devrait être retiré de l'offre Booking pour ces pratiques permanentes totalement abusives depuis des années
