nous n’avons pas pu séjourner dans l’hôtel car même une réservation nous avons été refusé par « manque de chambre ». Après de longues heures d’avion c’est décevant ! Si cela vous arrive je vous conseille d’aller à Saigonciti hôtel A, situé à 1 min de ce de celui-ci.

Excellent location, accessible to everything. Lots of bars and restaurants within a 2min walk. Great value for money.
AC wasn’t great and don’t think the room went below 23/24C. Other than that, can’t really fault it for the price!
Location is great, right next walking street but 0 noise. Price was decent. This is the type of plave if you intend on only using it as a place to sleep and shower.
Unable to leave the Air-conditioning on, takes a long time to cool the room down if you are coming back late just to sleep. Pillows are all super high and hard.

I'm very dissatisfied with my experience with this hotel. I booked the hotel through Booking.com. I selected the room I wanted. I arrived at the hotel around 5 p.m. after a long, almost 20-hour flight. Upon arrival, the very unfriendly staff informed me that my room was unavailable. They also stated that they had sent me a notification. They did, but I didn't even have time to read it because it was during my flight. After a long, unpleasant conversation with the hotel representative, they decided to offer me a different room in a different hotel about 400 meters from the one I had chosen. The new place was dingy and dirty. The new room offered was so small you could barely walk around the bed, the windows hadn't been cleaned in years... the bathroom needed a thorough cleaning. In short, it was unacceptable and a disgusting place to spend a few days. So, after a long and tiring journey with luggage, and in the evening, when it was already dark, I was forced to look for a new hotel on my own. Fortunately, I managed to find a new room in another excellent hotel with exceptionally friendly service. Therefore, I do not recommend this hotel and advise against it to any traveler. Don't waste your time and book another hotel.
