Sauberes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal, aber im Sommer wegen der fehlenden Klimaanlage leider nicht zu empfehlen.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und das gesamte Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Wir waren nur eine Nacht in diesem Hotel – und selbst diese eine Nacht war kaum auszuhalten. Rückblickend wäre es angenehmer gewesen, draußen zu bleiben.

Das größte Problem ist, dass die Zimmer keine Klimaanlage haben. Im Jahr 2026 ist das bei einem Hotel für mich absolut unverständlich. Das Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich und hat uns sofort zwei Ventilatoren gebracht, aber bei über 40 °C im Zimmer waren diese leider völlig wirkungslos.

Unser Zimmer befand sich im Erdgeschoss. Das Fenster konnten wir praktisch nicht öffnen, da ständig Passanten und Obdachlose direkt davor vorbeigingen. Außerdem liegt das Fenster so niedrig, dass man sich überhaupt nicht sicher fühlt und es unmöglich ist, nachts mit geöffnetem Fenster zu schlafen.

Ich kann dieses Hotel im Sommer definitiv nicht empfehlen. An Schlaf war überhaupt nicht zu denken – wir haben die meiste Zeit unter der Dusche oder vor dem Hotel verbracht, nur um etwas frische Luft zu bekommen. Das Personal trifft keinerlei Schuld, im Gegenteil – es war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Das Problem ist ausschließlich das Hotel und die fehlende Ausstattung für heiße Sommertage. Das Foto zeigt die Temperatur im Zimmer – für uns war das einfach die Hölle.

otel beklentimin çok çok üstündeydi açıkçası tam bir fiyat performans diyebilirim. konum olarak inanılmaz havaalanından ulaşmak çok kolay metro istasyonları alışveriş merkezleri hepsi aşırı yakındı , turistik çoğu mekan en fazla 20 dk yürüme mesafesinde metroya gerek bile kalmadı çoğu zaman . 2 dk yürüme mesafesinde helal bir restoran mevcut , çevresinde bir çok kafe var ama erken saate kapanıyorlar , otelin çevresi çok çok güzel . odalar gayet yeterli biz 3 kişi konakladık 3. yatak odanın içinde duvarla ayrılmış bir bölmede çok hoşumuza gitti , yataklar rahat . odalarda su mevcut, tek zorlandığımız konu çok sıcaklarda odada bulunan havalandırıcı yeterli olmuyor , banyolar geniş ve çok yeterli , 1. katta otomat var çok güzel düşünülmüş , istediğiniz zaman ütü ve ütü masası veriyorlar sanırım . otelin resepsiyonu belli bir saatten sonra kapanıyor chek in için kilitli kutuları kullanıyorsunuz biz oldukça geç yaptık bu işlemi ve otel mesajlarla çok yardımcı oldu hemen hallettik , ayrıca çalışanlar inanılmaz tatlı son derece nazik ve aşırı yardım severler her sorunumuzu hızlıca ve güler yüzle hallettiler , hepsine ayrı ayrı çok teşekkür ederiz. bir daha ki ziyaretimde kesinlikle tercih edeceğim bir yer

Wouldn’t stay again, waste of money and not helpful

Property was nice clean and large

Cons:

Staff weren’t helpful, offered paying for early check in and ended up being checked it late.

Was told they can’t hold luggage but saw others store luggage whilst I waited. Feel dissatisfied

Sehr zentrale Lage, geräumiges Zimmer (3-Bett-Zimmer), wirklich sehr nette Rezeption

Cons:

Der Buchungsvorgang war katastrophal. Mehrere Mails, dass die Kreditkarte nicht gültig sei, obwohl das Geld schon abgebucht wurde, bis zum Checkin war die entsprechende Meldung in der Booking-App angezeigt. Uneinheitliche Infos vorab (z.B. dass es keine Rezeption gibt, obwohl diese bis 17:00 besetzt war). Waren sehr unsicher, ob wir wirklich ins Hotel kommen, was mit Kleinkind sehr unentspannt ist.
