It was a nice hotel. A lil bit pricey but worth the penny.

Keinerlei persönlicher Kontakt, Anfordern einer Firmenrechnung nur über einen Link möglich, der jedoch immer als „ungültig/link removed“ zugeschickt wird und damit ins Leere läuft… Immer wieder dieselbe KI-Antwort. Sehr umständlich und zeitraubend.

Good location, perfect room for our stay in Berlin for the Half Marathon. Had everything we needed. Comfy, clean room. Good communication prior to the stay too!

Ich habe eingecheckt hab festgestellt, dass das Waschbecken ein Riss hatte, habe ich sofort an Rezeption gemeldet Daraufhin habe ich eine Mail bekommen, dass ich ein Formular ausfüllen soll. Ich hab mehr Mängel am Zimmer entdeckt und wenn man Pech hat und nicht genau guck, wie ich geguckt habe, wird ganz schnell die Kaution verlangt, weil man nicht das Gegenteil beweisen kann, dass man das selber nicht war. meine Empfehlung sofort alles fotografieren, was sie entdeckt und auch gleich melden. Bei der Rezeption war ein netter Mann, der ist verstanden hat dass man 2 Tage in Berlin ist, um zu relaxen und nicht um irgendwelche Formulare oder Beweise zu erbringen. Sehr wichtig ist kein Zimmer nehmen das das Leben den Eingang ist denn jeder der die Tür aufmacht und zu macht? Hört man es richtig? Zimmer hat keine Klimaanlage für jemand, die mich im Sommer unvorstellbar

Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort, hat uns sehr gefallen

Die Betten waren sehr bequem, gut das es ein Wasserkocher gab zum Tee kochen und die Fl. Mineralwasser war wirklich sehr sehr gut… aus Güstrow , die Dusche war auch sehr groß
