Posizione ottima, a 5 minuti da Alexander Platz e dalla zona dei Musei
Inserito nello storico quartiere Nikolai, zona poco trafficata e tranquilla, con servizi ed alcuni locali tipici di buon livello
Sicuro sia di giorno che di notte.
Camera famigliare veramente molto grande, con anche un bel terrazzo tranquillo.
Buona pulizia a livello generale sia della camera che delle zone comuni.
Temperatura perfetta

Cons:

I letti singoli di fatto sono semplici poltrone trasformate in letto, molto duri - non c'è un vero materasso - e un pò piccoli
Reception presidiata solo fino alle 17.
Ho avuto parecchi problemi con il pagamento, a causa dei ripetuti rifiuti delle carte di credito, probleme risolto, dopo non pochi tentativi, garzie all'utilizzo di un portale dell'Hotel fornito dedirettamente dalla struttura, personale disponibile ad aiutarmi solo dopo parecchi tentativi oltre un mese dopo la prenotazione.

Piacevole soggiorno a Berlino
Pros:

Consiglio vivamente di alloggiare in questa struttura per diversi motivi: la pulizia della stanza, la cordialità del personale e la gentilezza delle persone che mi hanno accolto alla reception.
Inoltre si trova in uno scorcio magico a pochi passi da Alexanderplatz da cui è possibile prendere diversi mezzi per spostarsi, ma è anche comoda perché è un buon punto di partenza per girare Berlino piedi.
Da tenere presente per futuri soggiorni in città.

Heel leuke trip !!
Pros:

geweldige locatie want kort bij toeristische plaatsen zoals de Dom. maar ook kort bij restaurants en winkeltjes. En toch rustig gelegen. Ook leuk dat er (betalende) parkeerplaatsen zijn.

Cons:

Aankomst nadat de balie algesloten is is niet echt simpel maar doenbaar.
Probleem met de gereserveerde parking: op die binnenkoer zijn er verschillende parkeerplaatsen met dezelfde nummering. En aangezien er niemand aan het onthaal was (feestdag) kreeg je ook geen verdere info. Later bleek ik op verkeerde parkeerplaats nummer 2 te staan en was mijn auto weggetakeld.... Kostelijke grap.

Pros:

A fantastic location located in the shadow of the TV Tower. Classical little neighborhood with easy access to bars, pubs/ coctails, shopping and restaurants. Hotel provide private parking, room was spacious for the family.

Cons:

I have no complaints. The location made it very easy to utilize hop on/hop off buses as the stop was 200m from the hotels. Bus stops and train stations were also within 5 minute walk.

Übernachtung war gut

Cons:

Zahlung: Ich musste über einen Zahlungslink per Kreditkarte bezahlen. Diesen Link habe ich über eine US Amerikanische SIM erhalten und das Zahlungsportal war in Australien. Links via Booking.com haben nicht funktioniert, da Booking diese aufgrund Sicherheitsbedenken natürlich herausfiltert.
Rechnung: Am Ende eine Rechnung aus München erhalten. Dort ist aber weder die Adresse noch irgendeine andere Referenz zum Appartment in Berlin enthalten. D.h. die Leistungsbeschreibung war nur ein Datum und damit ist das natürlich ein Problem bei der Reisekostenabrechnung. Übernachtungssteuer wurde natürlich auch nicht ausgewiesen...
Also: Finger weg !!!!

Update: Nach dem schreiben von 12 Nachrichten (!!!) wurde mir letztendlich doch eine gültige Rechnung ausgestellt in der auch die Adresse oder zumindest die Stadt der Übernachtung steht.
