Unico appunto che nelle condizioni c era scritto pulizia giornaliera e invece ci è stato detto che sarebbe stata ogni 3 gg.

Un buen lugar para alojarse en Berlín
Pros:

El hotel se encuentra ubicado muy cerca de Alexanderplatz y se puede llegar caminando a varios puntos de interés turístico. No cuenta con un lugar para desayunar pero hay diferentes lugares en la zona para poder hacerlo. Las habitaciones son cómodas y tienen lo necesario para disfrutar de una estadía confortable

Pros:

The hotel has a great location right in the city center, yet it is surprisingly quiet, which makes it very comfortable for sleeping.

Cons:

However, during our three-day stay the room was not cleaned even once, and even the trash was never taken out. For a three-star hotel, this level of housekeeping is simply not acceptable. With better room service, the overall experience could be much better.

Mitten im Nikolai-Viertel. Nähe Zille-Museum!
Pros:

Kurze Wege im historischen Nikolai-Viertel, 3 min zum sehr interessanten Zille-Museum! Flyer lag aus, danke für den Hinweis!
Ruhig gelegen in Seitengasse, unser 3-Bett-Zimmer mit Fenster zum Hinterhof sauber, gut ausgestattet, sogar mit kleinem Wasserkocher, Nescafé und Tee. Später Check-in nach Anleitung problemlos, Zahlung über Booking, wie immer. Personal freundlich, direkter Zugang zum italienischen Restaurant. Gerne wieder!

Clean but reception hours are inconsistent with what they post

Cons:

Reception area is not open according to hours posted on the website. It say open 8 am to 10 pm. Closed when we arrived at 8pm. Next morning sign said won’t open until 10am that morning. Check out is posted as 10 am. I now understand that this is a family run business but the hours posted should be kept. Also the room for 3 adults had 2 beds that were practically on the floor with very thin mattresses. Was ok for my 19 year old sons but if I was traveling with friends it would not have been acceptable.
