Pros:

Excellent location in the center of Berlin, Nikolai viertel. Parkingplace reserved at booking. It is very convinient.

Cons:

No breakfast in hotel and because we were leaving before nine am, nothing available around the hotel

Pros:

Dass wir zu sechst in eine Suite konnten und alles unkompliziert war. Sowie auch alles sehr sauber und zentral gelegen.

Cons:

Dass wir den Hund (Zwergpudel) nicht mitreinnehmen durften.

Einfacher Check in, ausreichend Schlüsselkarten für jeden, Sauberkeit der Zimmer. Schöne Badezimmer

Cons:

Wenn ich ein 4 personen familienzimmer buche erwarte ich auch 4 feste Betten, nicht ein zustellbett für die vierte Person.
Grundlegend ist das hotel gut eingerichtet. Allerdings finde ich bei einer Gruppe von 10 reisenden einen Durchschnittspreis pro Person und Nacht zu hoch dafür, dass Leute auf zustellbetten schlafen, 2 Handtücher getauscht werden müssen, weil sie Löcher oder Flecken haben und die Dielen der Dachterrasse morsch sind und einsinken beim betreten.

Wir kommen gerne wieder aber nicht im Sommer im Erdgeschoss. Sonst waren mir mit allem zufrieden
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, zentral gelegen.
Modern eingerichtet, Betten sehr bequem, sauber und wir hatten auch direkt an der Unterkunft einen guten und noch günstigen Stellplatz.

Cons:

Wir waren im Erdgeschoss und konnten so nachts die Fenster nicht groß öffnen, dadurch war es sehr warm im Zimmer. Im Sommer sind eher die oberen Zimmer besser zum Buchen. Außerdem war es früh morgens sehr laut für einen Innenhof.
