Sehr schöne Anlage, alles tip top, würden wieder kommen
Pros:

Sauberes Zimmer, sehr schöne Anlage inkl. Pool, gepflegt, Frühstücksbuffet, freundliches Personal

Cons:

Tennisplatz in die Jahre gekommen, Tischtennisplatte kaputt. Restliches Hotel sehr gepflegt, Sportareal im Gegensatz dazu sehr ungepflegt. Tennisplatz nicht wirklich bespielbar. Entspricht nicht den Standards des restlichen Hotels.

Hotel très agréable au milieu d'une superbe Bananeraie
Pros:

la situation géographique en campagne, et pas très loin de la mer, facile à trouver et bien situé pour visiter l'Ile, Personnel accueillant . Petit déjeuner varié et bons produits jolie vue de la salle du petit déjeuner . la chambre est agréable avec sa petite terrasse, lit confortable propreté absolue de la salle de bain et de la chambre, Nous n'avons pas utilisé la piscine car il ne faisait pas suffisamment chaud mais elle semblait très agréable dans un cadre cocon. Nous recommandons pour toute personne ne cherchant pas la foule

Tres bel établissement mais confort à améliorer par rapport au prix des chambre
Pros:

Très belle bâtisse ancienne avec beaucoup de charme, très beau jardin, le lieu est au calme et original (au milieu d'une bananeraie). Très bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Le confort est minimal, certes nous n'avons pas eu de chance avec la météo (froid et pluie) mais l'humidité à l'intérieur était importante. Il n'y a pas de chauffage, nous avons utilisé le petit de chauffage de salle de bains mais cela n'a pas suffit à rendre la chambre agréable. Les serviettes de toilettes ne séchaient pas, il faisait froid. Pas de bouilloire à disposition non plus, bien que la chambre que l'on nous a donné se trouvait à 500 m du bâtiment principal. Trop isolée à notre gout. Déçus par le rapport qualité-prix

Spectacular setting, superior service, serene slumber
Pros:

Traveling on my own, I spent one week at this beautiful hotel which is surrounded by a 60-hectare banana plantation. My room was located 500 meters away from the main property in the “Banananera” annex. The very spacious room and bathroom were rounded out by a private patio with two sun beds and an umbrella. The breakfast buffet (included in the room rate) is served at the main building, with various cold items (yogurt, juices, fruit salad, fresh fruit, including, of course, bananas) served every day and hot items rotated over the week. Given poor weather for much of my stay, I spent a lot of time the nicely furnished reading room. During sunshine, I enjoyed the pool, which is small, but has a lovely surrounding. Very friendly staff. Great maid service. At the main property, there is a 24-hour space with a vending machine for purchasing soft drinks, beer, and snacks, and a kettle for preparing tea.

Suggestions for improvement
Given the distance between the main property and the Banananera complex, it would be nice to have a kettle for tea/coffee and a mini fridge in the Banananera rooms.
One major disadvantage of El Patio is the lack of a restaurant, meaning it is necessary to leave the property and go to one of two nearby towns for lunch or dinner. The staff indicated to me that a restaurant is due to open in September.
In traveling from Tenerife South Airport to the hotel, I used a web-mapping platform which routed me north, first through a four-lane motorway and then through a brutal, two-lane road that climbs up to over 1,000 meters above sea level and then descends. Luckily, I made that trip during daylight – it would have been quite scary in the dark. On returning to the airport, I took another route towards Santa Cruz which was much easier to navigate. I suggest the hotel advise arriving guests, in advance, to take the latter route, instead of the one provided by the web-mapping platform.

Ein ganz besonderes Hotel an einem traumhaften Ort - perfekt für Ruhe abseits der Trubels
Pros:

Es ist eine sehr besondere, familiäre Unterkunft mitten in einer Bananenplantage. Durch die Größe der Anlage ist alles sehr weitläufig und man fühlt sich wie im Paradies. Die Anlage ist sehr liebevoll und durchdacht gestaltet und man fühlt sich hier rundum wohl. Der perfekte Ort um zur Ruhe abseits der Trubels zu kommen. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und lecker - vorallem der Kaffee ist ausgezeichnet!

Super ruhig gelegen
Pros:

Super ruhig inmitten einer riesigen Bananenplantage gelegen. Schönes altes Anwesen sehr hübsch für Gäste zurechtgemacht. Überall Lounge-Ecken zum Relaxen und der Möglichkeit, sowohl andere Gäste zu treffen, als auch für sich zu sein und dennoch Sonne, Ruhe, etc. für sich allein zu genießen.

I would definitely go back.
Pros:

Beautiful property in a lovely location. Wine on site to purchase was a good option. We loved it. Beautiful court yard. The pool area was really nice. The weather was a bit cool for us to go in. Really peaceful.

Cons:

We would have liked more dining options for the evening. Because it was a bit cool when we were there, we needed somewhere warmer in the evening. We were walking in the day and having a late lunch so didn’t want to go out in the evenings . We knew with no restaurant this would mean being flexible . Being able to order a tapas plate or cheese board to collect would have been a really good. Evening option . Actually this isn’t a complaint there are plant based things available, but not really what we wanted. We had snacks and wine .

Nice boutique hotel
Pros:

Location, view, the banana fields and the pool, as well as the beautiful old building. Great common area and next to lovely Garachico

Cons:

Old building, therefore really noisy and not sound proof rooms at all. Doors and windows create noise if it’s windy.
Room dark and furniture rather old. But value for money is good.

Pros:

Lage ist optimal, sehr ruhig und voll gemütlich. das Zimmer ist schon klein aber es reicht aus.
Beim Frühstück ist etwas viel los, aber das liegt eher an einzelnen Gästen. das Angebot ist für 3 Sterne völlig ausreichend.

Cons:

das tolle Schwimmbad für uns schon morgens um 8 Uhr spitze.
