Can't believe it is only ranked as a 3 star as deserves so much more.

Enjoyable stay at the Manor House Hotel while visiting Croft Circuit recently. Friendly welcome, easy parking. Spacious room with an excellent bathroom. A small hiccup over the bill at checkout was quickly rectified. Highly recommended.

Lovely place. Great staff. Good food. Wifi was good, room and shower were spot on.. but the mattresses in room 16 were terrible. Collapsed in the middle, 1 was stained, 1 had a rip in it - Not what you'd expect from a newly refurbished hotel

Really friendly staff. Nice looking place. Didn’t get to explore much as arrived late and checked out early. Room was spacious but felt basic. One thing I would note for those staying near to where the bins are (by the car park) collection was at 3am in the morning. Woke me up and then I couldn’t get back to sleep. Not a fault of the hotel and not exactly the fault of the collection team doing their job, just a bit frustrating and if I’d have known. I’d have asked for a room far away from that.

We only stayed one night sadly…but the staff were super friendly and helpful. We had a quiet night sleep and the room was lovely.

My introduction to this property was less than ideal. I don't think my room had received a thorough turn over from the past guest. Bath mat missing, didn't have the full suite of toiletries. All forgivable, until I wanted to go to bed. Only to find that it had hair (human) everywhere.

The night porter kindly moved me to a very beautiful and newly refurbished room but i was disappointed that the manager made no effort to contact me to discuss. A little token of a voucher for the restaurant or spa or a discount on the room would have been appropriate in my opinion.

Pity because the property is 500years old and beautiful.

Lovely building and quick check in. Room out in court yard good size and bed comfy. Shame things like plug socket behind tv half painted over, grout needing cleaning/replacing.

The house is beautiful and the rooms are lovely. Unfortunately I had to move rooms when I realised I could hear the music from the spa very loudly in my room. The second room wasn't much quieter, I could hear very loud footsteps from the people above me and there was a toilet next to my room from which I could hear the door slamming and the toilet flushing throughout the night. I didn't have a good nights sleep the entire time I was there. Really disappointed as I was looking forward to staying here. Everything else was great but I feel the bare minimum you should get from a hotel room is that it it quiet and peaceful. I left feeling tired and upset that I had spent what for me was quite a lot of money on my stay here.

Wonderful Manor House with great history being carefully restored.

The spa was great. As a guest it cost 20 pounds per person and had a great pool, steam room, sauna and gym. Other services available at an additional cost.
