Excellent stay, very happy with our choice of hotel and the area. We will be back.
Pros:

Rooms were excellent, very spacious and clean. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. Pool area clean with plenty of sun beds and towels.

Pros:

Schöner Aufenthalt im Leonardo. Wir hatten ein kostenloses Zimmer-Upgrade, ein tolles großes Zimmer, großes Bett. Das hat uns sehr gefreut. Es war auch sehr sauber und im Hotel selbst roch es sehr angenehm (vermutlich hoteleigener Duft). Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Ein paar Kleinigkeiten wie Lichtschalter im Flur, der unseres Erachtens fehlte. Wir hatten zwar ein Zimmer mit Meerblick, aber leider war es für uns insgesamt sehr laut, auch nachts, aufgrund der direkten Lage an einer stark befahrenen Straße; jedoch Meckern auf hohem Niveau. Die deutschen Fernsehsender funktionierten leider nur sporadisch.

Pros:

Très bel hôtel, bien localisé à 15minutes de voiture de Palma, piscine extérieure sympa, les chambres sont assez grandes avec balcon, personnel très disponible

Cons:

Pas dans la zone la plus animé de Portals Nous mais au moins c'est calme!

Pros:

Staff couldn't do more. Very accommodating.
No children, bar facilities open late

Cons:

Had to change rooms due to TV not working and still didn't work in new room either! However..... room was an amazing upgrade so this was quickly forgiven
