Ótima localização, muita polícia por perto!
No quarto que fiquei, a cama era muito boa e as instalações não faziam barulho (como já aconteceu em outros locais que fiquei). Por isso, consegui dormir bem.

Cons:

Embora não tenha me atrapalhado em nada, o café da manhã ocorre no hotel da frente. Imagino que em um dia chuvoso possa ser um desafio.

Fora isso, achei um custo-benefício excelente.

Hospedagem econômica e boa localização
Pros:

A Localização é boa, relativamente perto do metrô república. Vale um alerta ao sair a noite. Como toda área central das grandes cidades, muito cuidado com o celular e outros pertences.
O atendimento da recepção é muito bom. São muito educados e prestativos. Boa vontade para tirar dúvidas dos hospedes.

Cons:

Os quartos precisam de reforma urgente, melhorar principalmente a iluminação e a localização de tomadas, pois isso faz diferença para quem vai a trabalho. O banheiro precisa urgentemente de reforma, está caindo aos pedaços. Saboneteira quebrada, o box de acrílico quase saiu na minha mão, pois estava emperrado (era uma luta para conseguir fechá-lo)Outra coisa bem ruim é o café da manhã ser em outro hotel da rede, principalmente em dias de chuva (que foi o meu caso). O café da manhã em si é bom, mas tem esse inconveniente de ter que ir para outro hotel.
