Wonderful staff, lush grounds, great access to Yoga Barn

Green, spacious grounds, very friendly staff, and close proximity to Yoga Barn.

Cons:

Kids club room is run down; and bird sounds in the gardens were not natural (piped through music speakers)

Pros:

La struttura è bella, nuova, accogliente e le camere sono pulite.
Colazione abbondante, con cibo sia dolce che salato. Apprezzatissimo lo show cooking delle omelette e dei pancake.
Il personale è molto cortese e sono numerose le attività a disposizione.

Cons:

I prezzi della lavanderia sono un po’ altini.

Pros:

Lovely stay at Plataran Ubud. Was here for nearly 2 weeks after continuing to extend our stay.
Beautiful setting and easily the most peaceful hotel that close to the action. As soon as you leave the street you feel like you’re in the countryside.
Staff are all super friendly and helpful.
Would happily stay here again on our next visit to the area.

Didn’t LOVE the breakfast.

It was an amazing stay!
Pros:

We love the vibes of the hotel and the location is so strategic with a lot of nice places around, we can say the hotel is kids friendly since we stayed with our 14 month old baby, they had sheeps outside every morning, some bunnies and fish pond every corner of the hotel which you can feed them too, the view from the kids club is amazing ( ricefields ) they got so much activity, and their food r nice too, we’ve been to enclave bar and my fav there is wild truffle risotto! the view from “the view” restaurant was amazing too! Staffs are super friendly especially dayu from fo and eka nando from enclave, definitely will come back one day!

They need to have a young coconut in their menu

A perfect stay in an exceptional hotel.
Pros:

I loved all the greenery, the swimming pools, the tranquil atmosphere, the afternoon tea where the children could make pancakes, our rooms, the very helpful and friendly staff.

Очень красивая территория
Хорошие новые корпуса, с удобными кроватями и видом. Персонал и сервис на высоком уровне. Интересные занятия в йога классе.

Завтрак скорее средний, спортивный зал скромный, хотя для небольшого отеля неплохой.

A short visit in Heaven !!!
Pros:

We stayed at the hotel for four days and had a perfect experience in every way. This is a very high-end hotel in a perfect location, offering a true sense of freedom and connection to nature—you can really feel and experience the beauty of Bali from the moment you arrive.
The service is outstanding, the cleanliness is excellent, and the rooms are flawless—from the bedding to the towels, everything is of very high quality and thoughtfully maintained. The hotel offers many pools and beautiful quiet corners where you can relax and fully enjoy everything the hotel has to offer.
In terms of location, the hotel is situated in the heart of Ubud, with all attractions, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. We had a wonderful time, an unforgettable vacation, and we truly hope to return again. Highly recommended!

Pros:

Environnement magnifique au Plataran Ubud, on est vraiment plongés dans la nature tout en étant en plein centre d’Ubud. Le complexe est superbe, l’accueil et le service sont au top, le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins. Petit déjeuner avec vue, tea time très agréable, literie parfaite. La salle de bain est un peu vieillissante mais reste fonctionnelle et propre. Pour Ubud, c’est vraiment une valeur sûre.

Pros:

The convenience of being very close to central Ubud.

Cons:

Initially, having a room with a balcony but not being able to sit on it. This was subsequently resolved by the very helpful staff.
