Absolutely appalling. The worst hotel experience I have ever had.
The water supply was cut off, and in the evening we had to wait nearly an hour just to get a shower. When the water finally came on, it was only scalding hot — impossible to use without burning yourself. The next morning, there was no water at all, so we were forced to leave without even being able to shower.
The staff offered no reasonable explanation whatsoever. For the price I paid, I could have stayed in a proper 5-star hotel. Instead, my money was completely wasted and my holiday was ruined.
This place is a disgrace and I strongly advise everyone to stay away.
Beautiful modern hotel just a 15 minute walk from the old town. Extremely comfortable bed. The staff were always friendly, polite and attentive, especially the young people in the bar/restaurant. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again, and recommend it to anyone visiting.
Our only negative point, is that breakfast was just average - this lets the hotel down, because everything else is excellent.
The room was okay. No towels were provided at the pool and many of the dishes mentioned on the restaurant menu were not available.

The building is very old an tacky, it definitely needs an update, The room condition was not so clean, it was very worn out and had very old and stiff towels and also had old and dirty looking pillows.. When I booked this hotel, I was expecting to see a city and a river view, but instead, we got a view of the fields but no city or river view. The only positive part of the whole hotel, was their swimming pool a friendly staff.
Çok sıcak bir yaz günü olduğu halde iki kez uyarmamıza rağmen odanın sıcaklığını düşüremedik.
Bir gece konakladık. Deneyimim kısıtlı bu yüzden. Genel olarak temiz bir otel diyebiliriz. Odaların büyüklüğü de yeterli. Fiyat/performans olarak da biraz yüksek bulduk. Kahvaltı fiyatı ise ayrı bir konu. Kişi başı yaklaşık 15 euro.
Easy to find. Staff welcoming and friendly. Room was clean and breakfast was delicious.

Vi var 3 stykker som reiste og vi fikk et flott rom med en finutsikt over elven og byen. Hotellet ligger i et stille område så det var ikke problem å sove med vinduet åpent. Rommet var rent, pent og har kaffe/te maskin. Om morgene kom vi ned til en utmerket frokost som var en fin start på dagen. Jeg kan anbefale dette hotellet til alle som ønsker å overnatte i Diabakir.
Otopark tek yönlü giriş çıkış bu yönü kötü, oda sanki süpürülmemiş gibi yerde kırıntılar gördüm, oda çok küçüktü fotoğrafa göre tutmuştum ama küçüktü. Beğenmedim açıkçası

Asıl biz çok mutlu eden olay rezervasyon esnasında konaklamamız kahvaltılı mıydı kahvaltısız mıydı hatırlayamadığım için çıkışta resepsiyon görsvlisi ismini maalesef almayı unuttuğumuz beyfendinin kahvaltısız ancak lütfen buyrun size kahvaltı ikram edelim demesi Diyarbakır misafirperverliğini göstermesi adına da çok kıymetliydi. Hasan Paşa Hanına rez yapmıştık zaten ama bu jestleri çok şıktı.
Odaların büyüklüğü gayet ideal, konumu güzel çarşıya 15 dakika yürüme mesafesi.
Otel çok temiz, diğer Wyhndham otelleri ile aynı kalitedeydi. Eski Diyarbakır’a yürüyerek gidebiliyorsunuz. Kahvaltısı yöreye uygun nitelikte ve kalitelidir. Personel çok nazik ve saygılıydı.
STAY AWAY!! The hotel was not pleasant at all. When we got there, the entire air conditioning was turned off, for the whole building, and our rooms were 30.5 degrees Celcius. We went down to ask them for help, and they turned on the ac but it barely worked. When we asked them for a fan, or anything to cool us down they told us "the ac is working fine, Dyiarbakir is a hot city your rooms are fine." This isn't an excuse, as we had stayed in a hotel in a different city a few hours south which was hotter, and their ac was fine. The ac was then turned off again during the night, causing the rooms to go up from around 28 degrees back up to 30-31. The image below was taken in the morning after a night of the ac "working". They were trying to save money by keeping the central ac off, and the staff were very rude when we approached them about it. We were also promised rooms with a view of the Tigris River but all you can see are some trees and not the actual river. We were told the Hamam bath closed at 10, but when we went down at 9 the doors were locked and there was Noone there. There were some positives, the rooms were clean and the beds were fairly comfy, but for the price, 200+ euros for 2 rooms for 1 night, it's a disgrace. There are much cheaper options which will provide you with better service around.
