Great location. Large rooms. Comfortable staff. Plenty of parking. Close to beach and local amenities. Quiet area within easy walking of local bars and shops.
Yes there are parts that would benefit from updating, but remember you are in 'old Florida' and this building blends in with its surroundings.
There were 2 bathrooms with showers.
The facility is an actual beach house not a hotel and per pictures it showed it was close to the beach. Beach was blocks away. It was not what we expected. A/C actually did not kick on at night only if you open the door to outside, so it was very uncomfortable at night. Difficult to breath. It was very musty.

the space is definitely showing its age; minor cleaning improvements needed between guests (dust and sand found throughout rooms); parts of the floor were softening (making me nervous I might break through); only electrical outlet near the bed was between the mattress and the wall

Murphy bed was not comfortable. Bath tub / shower platform had worn tape holding the shower strip together!

Friendly people, very clean and very good oriented.
Probably because I am from Europe...differences in the money system it was expencive.
For smokers there was no option outside for when it rains.
The pillows could be a litle bit harder but that is a personal opinion.

the room was much larger than i expected and super clean. it's maybe 2 minute walk to the beach and you can see it from the rooms. my wife and i just walked everywhere. publix is about 10 minutes there and back. the staff was super sweet too and very polite. thank you guys!

Room was good... met our expectations. Except the bed... mattress was not comfortable
Swimming is too small for the amount of guests... the shallow end is too small where everyone wants to sit and hang out.
Proximity to the beach, stores and was fairly quiet.
I was not given the superior queen studio that I booked.

Great location and very clean. Comfortable bed and plenty of space. Two pools and not crowded. We ended up having one pool to ourselves in the middle of a saturday!
Location was good, short walk to beach, restaurants and shopping.
My husband and I have short hair, there was long dark hair all over the shower…the bed was a Murphy bed, which we were not aware of. The bed and pillows were not comfortable.
Incredibly close to the beach and walking distance to downtown area. Pool was amazing and neighbors were quiet. Hotel gives you two beach chairs and beach towels, which was so nice to walk over to the beach!
