Great stay overall!
Pros:

I loved the friendliness and willingness to make sure that everything was great!

Cons:

The shuttle! It was awful! Took 3 hours to get to Universal. The fact that there was only 1 pickup time was awful!

The size of the room was great!!!

Cons:

Rooms next to our party. We had two rooms and were on 2 separate floors. I had requested it, but when we got there they said it wasn’t possible with the way we booked our room. It wasn’t a big deal though for us.
