Just meh
Pros:

Nice and clean. Offered a room change after a problem with odor.

Cons:

Very thin walls. Could hear the people next door talking and could almost tell what they were talking about. Loud laughter and “partying” late at night. It may be trivial but most properties include a breakfast buffet but HGI did not. It’s nice to be able to get up throw on some clothes and have a simple breakfast that is complimentary.

Adequate but disappointing because of the above reasons.

Cleanliness and comfort

Cons:

Staff was not very friendly, very nonchalant. Ice was not available on 4th floor- had to go to another floor to get it. Coffee was lukewarm in lobby and almost empty.

This was the perfect quick stop on our road trip.

Good location, clean.

Cons:

Several areas of the hotel are under renovation. Black plastic drapes in the lobby, gym and pool closed for renovations as well. My room needed some updates. Chipped paint in bathroom little details. Price was super high due to “Ring day weekend at A&M”

I would definitely look there first when traveling to that area again.
Pros:

Everything about the hotel exceeded my expectations.

Cons:

The free WiFi. It was too limiting and if there were other options, such as better paid connection and access, it was never explained.

Loved the hotel…conveniently located to restaurants, & shopping.
Pros:

Great location
Nice sized rooms

Cook, Jermaine was absolutely amazing. Food was not only season right but had amazing presentation. Chelsea, took our breakfast order, was delightful, very pleasant very happy!

Cons:

Breakfast wasnt included…we had to pay for it

Also, the drink station during breakfast hours only had coffee and water, no juices, no milk
