Spacious apartment in a lovely location
Pros:

We booked the apartment for a family trip.
The apartment was lovely and spacious, we had everything we needed.
The location was perfect, in a really lovely and quiet part of London, really close to public transport and also to Little Venice.
I would highly recommend! Special thanks to Chris for making our stay easy.

Good location
Pros:

The location is great and the bed was so big and comfortable.

Cons:

The apartment wasn't ready for check in and was still being cleaned when we arrived. The heating in the living room didnt work and it was very cold, and the radio had a European plug which sparked when you plugged it in and didn't always turn on. The fuse blew in the kitchen so none of the appliances were usable and we couldn't get through to the concierge until the following day so we had to order food rather than cook it as planned. The apartment has a lot of noise from the other apartments but not much noise from the street.

Wish we could’ve stayed longer in this hidden gem - a clean and breezy apartment in leafy Little Venice.
Pros:

Beautiful, spacious property that was thoughtfully decorated and equipped, located in a gloriously peaceful part of London. A real hidden gem!

Cons:

Nothing to dislike! Thoughtful touches such as several umbrellas for guests’ use, were much appreciated!

Beautiful, spacious and tastefully decorated apartment in a lovely area.
Pros:

We were greeted by Chris, who was lovely - he showed us to our apartment, gave us a tour and provided us with helpful information for our stay. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment which was perfect (travelling with my husband and two grown up daughters). We couldn’t fault the apartment at all, it was tastefully decorated, spacious (so much better than having two separate hotel rooms as we could spend our time together) and very clean. Having two bathrooms was a bonus too. The apartment had everything we needed and was fully equipped with iron, hairdryer and plenty of bath towels, toothbrush charger, coffee pods, tea, sugar etc and water and milk in the fridge on arrival. For me (and staying with daughters) the one thing that I absolutely loved was having a dressing table, stool and large dressing table mirror in each of the bedrooms with sockets for hairdryer / hair straighteners near. My pet hate is a hotel room with a dressing table / desk with no mirror and if there is a mirror, the sockets are too far away to use a hair appliance. We didn’t use the private gardens as we had a rainy weekend, but I expect these are lovely in the spring / summer. Would we return - 100%. The apartments really made our weekend stay that more enjoyable.

Quiet, spacious apartment.
Pros:

Excellent location. Quiet neighbourhood. Spacious apartment. Hard flooring. Very good kitchen. Comfortable beds.

Cons:

Shower over baths in both bathrooms. I believe there are a few apartments with walk-in showers if requested. Lounge sofa is very low making it difficult for people with less mobility to get up from. Banging doors in hallways were disturbing.

A rare find to a full apartment for that price in London
Pros:

It’s spacious and well maintained. The lobby is continent and you can send your packages. They even held out things for us for a few days. Love the washer and dryer

The TV is small and bath tubs are old

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay.
Pros:

Smooth check in and check out, thoughtful amenities (complete kitchen, towels, yoga mat!), comfortable bed/pillows and beddings, very clean and spacious. Location is lovely.
