V Hotel

We have to upgrade the room and pay 10cad$ per day.
Breakfast we have to order, limited choice everyday same.

All in all, you get what you pay for. Price/quality is fair. Whereas location was good and our room was surprisingly quiet, it was my first hotel room without a window. Also, the pool did basically not invite for being used, as it was dirty and worn down but based on pricing, we did not have other expectations.

The hotel was in a good location. Close to Robinson mall and eating and other little shops. Could walk to the circle at night and just watch the children play and the world go by. The hotel was OK but that is all. I did see roaches in the room and the room had no windows. Very small and not maintained. Coming in to the hotel it smelled bad in the entry and the pool was dirty and not taken care of. The free breakfast was good but small. And the drinks were very limited. But it was a cheap place to stay for a reason I guess?

今回はエレベーター故障のため、常に階段にて4階までの上下りとなり非常に疲れて自由に外出できませんでした。特に屋上のプールエリアにも一度も行く機会がありませんでした。安いホテルなのでそこまでの体制を求めるには無理がありますが、日頃の設備に関するメンテができてないと感じました。
そんなリスクを納得で選べば問題ありません。

宿泊当日 エレベーターが故障で稼働しておらず友人の部屋5階まで、ひたすら階段で昇降 2階の部屋の電話は、置いているだけ 何も通話とか出来ない トイレ詰まりが少し有りました。朝食は、美味しい頂きました。チェックイン時に、エアコン清掃していてビックリ エアコンは、よく効いていた。エレベーターの故障は、最悪

周辺にはレストラン、コーヒーショップ、カラオケなどが多く安心して宿泊出来るホテルです。シャワーも熱くたっぷりとした湯量があり快適でした。アメニティグッズには歯ブラシが含まれていませんでした。

二泊めのシーツとうの取り替えをわすれられていた。
その他は問題なくすほせた。

this is my 3rd time staying v hotel i would not stay any where else when in manila all the staff are the best and always smiling and very helpful i look forward to staying with you again next time in manila

設備で唯一の不満はトイレがウォシュレット装備されていなかっか。
その他の環境やコンディション、スタッフサービスは満足。

レストランにいたとんでもなく無愛想なスタッフ（一人）がいなくなり快適に泊まれるホテルになりました。ただし、真夏なので期待していたプールが工事中で当分使えないとの事。ここら辺のフィードバックがホテルドットコムにされると良いですね。てか、是非お願いします。

Lobby is small but clean. Location is in the entertainment and bar district so it is a bit noisy in and out of this place. Our room was noisy with people coming and going all night. We have paid the same rate at other hotels in Malate with much better experience. Ask for extra things you need like sundries and towels before you go to your room. The staff are nice and try to help but service can be slow. that was our experience.

Rundown, weak ac in room, very small room, no drinking water and shower gel provided

Rates itself as a three star hotel but more like a hostel with private rooms rather than dorms. No soap to wash your hands in the bathroom, no hand towels provided, no bottled water in the rooms as you arrive, no trash bin in the bedroom, no refrigerator provided, lumpy uncomfortable mattresses, pillow covers that are too small for their their pillows, 1/5 of a toilet roll and no replacement, a bad smell from the plumbing every time you walk into the room. Ask for the manager and you get "The manager is not available." Ask about the lack of amenities such as toilet soap and trash cans and the answer is "We are are a budget hotel." Hello? Three star hotels or one star? DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL, worst hotel I have ever stayed in in Asia! Thankfully Hotels.com were able to refund my remaining nights and I got a REAL three star hotel at a cheaper price in a better area. Be warned!
