Staff always greeted with smile and handled all our concerns with softness. They ensured our safety all throughout.

Excellent front office department. Ms. Uttrin greeted us with warmth. She assigned a lovely room. We had an excellent experience. All the staff members were available always. We had a beautiful view of Mahadev temple right outside our room. Overall a great and a must visit again experience.

The hospitality is really good, staff is amazing, the view is really good, we can see Umaid bhawan Palace from the room.

Palace and Fort views from the roof
Pros:

The 9th floor terrace was the highlight of our stay here, our room was comfortable with a good bed, air conditioning, safe, 1 arm chair, desk & chair, tea and coffee making facilities and a good bathroom. The restaurant was good and the staff were friendly, we had issues with our power tripping and the staff not responding to requests to have it fixed and no wifi in our room.
