Was a very comfortable stay in The Fern recidency. The staff was very polite and helpful specially Mamta and Sezal at reception. The rooms are very cozy and luxurious.
It was a good stay. Staff was helpful and service was good. Only problem was that there is only one passenger lift which is slow.

Rooms are very small low height our 1 rooms bathroom gate was out of order and in bad condition we requested to change but they denied by excuse of no further room availability food is average

Room, Bedsheet and amenities were not clean. Comitment to delivery was lacking, even after agreeing for early check in we were made to wait atleast 2 hrs. Staff needs proper Training. We shifted to a another hotel next day.
