ABSOLUTELY THE WORST.
After checking out the brand fern, we booked the hotel for an overnight stay on 5th June, but it turned out to be the worst experience of my life.
The hotel looked quite worn down, and the facilities, like the pool and gym, were in a sorry state.
The breakfast was quite basic.
However, the most disappointing part was the staff. The service was terrible, they were arrogant, unhelpful and rude, especially Yash at the reception.
I went to the gym (where the equipment was old and didn’t work, the AC didn’t work and there was no ventilation, so you couldn’t even breathe for a moment) and it was located outside the building, so you had to walk 100 metres on the road to get there. I left my plastic card room key in the gym because I was too busy getting out of that unhealthy place.
Property is good. But there wifi was not working and room cooling was not upto the mark.
Very comfortable stay. Rooms are very clean. Staff is prompt and compassionate.

Just checked out after staying in the Hazel Suite Room and overall had a great experience. The room was spacious, clean, and the decor felt premium Bed was super comfortable and bathroom amenities were good Staff was polite and check-in/check-out was smooth. Breakfast spread had decent variety. Location works well for both business and leisure Would definitely stay again!

Excellent stay .. though stayed for just a night my stay was awesome ... Being a Bonvoy Titanium member was upgraded to a suite which was awesome ..thank u for the late check out so that I could relax a bit longer ...overall enjoyed my stay
