Clean, comfortable rooms. Close to all tourist attractions. Next to a busy road, but quiet rooms (double windows). Some rooms not renovated yet? Our son's smelled of moisture and mildew, but when we spoke to reception he was immediately moved to a better room. Good choice of breakfact items. Very friendly staff.

Spent 1 night on our visit to Medan city. The room maintained an unexpectedly quiet atmosphere, which would have been ideal for restful sleep. However, this was compromised due to a malfunction with the entrance light switch, which was connected to the air-conditioning system. As a result, we had to leave the entrance light on throughout the night to keep the air-conditioning functional.

The condition of the bathroom and its amenities requires significant attention. The towel rack was unstable, and the free-standing shampoo and shower gel containers had sharp edges that could pose a safety risk. Additionally, the wooden bathroom door and frame showed noticeable signs of decay.

While the breakfast spread was enjoyable, we encountered an issue with extra charges for our child's breakfast, despite having already pre-paid for three individuals as part of our tour package.

We had a fantastic stay at Le Polonia, the food was great, rooms and the view were both top notch but most of all, the staff were very friendly helpful. Especially with 2, one named Anto, who went above and beyond and helped us find a transport to Singkil.

The staff is very kind and helpful, 50 to 60 min by car to the aiport, Grab and Gojek can be used for taxi ride
Nice bathroom, no problem of water or A/C, drinking water is provided
The hotel is quiet (but it didn't seem full)

The hotel was overall great, although a bit dated in some areas. It was a bit disappointing that the pool closed already at 8pm. However, the staff were extremely helpful - especially Anto, who did an excellence job and made my stay more comfortable.

Excellent service from Reza at reception and I got a free upgrade to a beautiful, premium room. He was excellent in answering all of my questions after my long journey. You have the option to select and smoking or non smoking room and the room itself is lovely. They also have a pool and beautiful restaurant. Thank you Reza!!

Anto and Fikri were very helpful and accommodating at the front desk, and spoke perfect English. The rooms were bigger than I expected, with room service. And the pool/ gym area was also very nice. I’d definitely recommend staying here, especially for the price.

Reasonable price. Booked via website and requested non-smoking hotel. But during checked in, the available rooms were smoking only due to high demand on that day. Even though it was a bummer, but the room was quite clean with a thin smell of smoke.
Breakfast was great, many choices of food like cream soup, sushies, curry rice, cold cheese, dessert, pasta, bread, etc. Taste was good too.

Just got back from a stay at this hotel, and honestly, it was fire! I gotta give a big shoutout to the hotel staff—these guys were amazing! 💗🥹🤧they were super chill, friendly, and just made me feel right at home. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, this place was perfect. The room was super comfy, like seriously, I almost didn’t want to leave 🤪🤪Thankyou Le polonia 💗

Staffs are very helpfull. Strategic location for 4 stars hotel, easy access to public transportation. Has nice swimming, the family room type has like an extra bed, very suitable for family vacation . Many choices of breakfast, definitely will come back for another staycation.

The city view from my room and the politeness & friendliness of all the stuff tha is one thing special, I guess.
No doubth, if anyone wanna have a vacation in Medan city, so this hotel is a best choice for you all gaes.

The rooms are good, nice and clean, I stay with my family during the year end holiday, the bath room good and clean, we took the family room and the room large and properly set up, thank you for Mr Suhendra Marjan the EHK who already set up the room properly and make our memorable holiday. The breakfast experience also there are many variant of food, I like mie gomak.

1. Hotel facilities is very old
2. Shower water temperature is not stable. Can be from hot to cold in a second
3. Hotel stuffs are friendly.
4. Hotel location is inconverniant to anything. Have to take taxi to anywhere
5. Breakfast selection is for locals only.

Ini adalah kali yg kedua saya menginap di hotel polonia. Sangat menyenangkan dgn staff yang amat ramah dan membantu. Mudah utk kemana dan kayanan bagus dan cepat.

Have 2 rooms. One has bed bugs. The extra bed in the other room collapsed in the night. Folks can't sleep well during the stay.
