The bond for one night pre paid stay is exorbitant for the location.

Booked wrong day and they said they would refund me but never did. Quick to take money though wouldnt assist in helping. Manager is very rude and bad for your bussiness
Great customer service very friendly staff and close to the shopping centre also got the use of the facilities gym and tea and coffee and the food from the restaurants is tremendous
If you're double charged, they may not refund you right away so please check your credit card statements after your stay to ensure you're refunded the correct amount.

It was very close to the concert we were going to, and some local food spots and bars, as well as the train station.
The shower wasn’t hot enough is the only “complaint”. It’s not cold but we definitely wanted it a little bit warmer
We stayed for medical appointments nearby on multiple occasions with my service dog. Excellent staff and a great location central to everything. Great for a beach walk. Restaurants downstairs are top quality too. Always return there. Highly recommended

Cockroach infestation. Outdoor area was dirty. Not worth paying for a balcony or view.
