Pros:

The customer service was really good and really friendly and downtoearth

Cons:

My room smelled like someone was smoking in the bathroom and when i look outside saw part of shed amazing view not. At 1am peopke need to shut up ppl trying to sleep. I could hear other ppl in the hallway. Thars annoying.

Cons:

Bed was not comfortable. Towels were shabby. Room did not look like advertising. There was $200 hold on our credit card we were not told about in advance.

Pros:

We have stayed at a few different Quests, that’s why we wanted to stay at the Frankston Quest. Entering the room it smelt of stale cigarettes. The doona had either urine or sweat stains as well as blood on it. The couch had animal fur. The microwave had remains of dried food in it. They did change the doona, but the last thing was we returned to the room and the door was ajar with a chair to leave it open to air. My bags were in the room. Anyone could have taken them. Their cleaning staff need to be accountable for the condition of the room.
We ended up leaving. Management did finally refund our money. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

Great location , comfortable and clean site
Pros:

Location - Bay front , Frankston CBD based. Walking distance to all Frankston has to offer

Cons:

They don’t appear to have, well at least in the room I had), free to air TV. No instruction on how to access TV or any other amenities. An in room compendium would be great.

great place to stay
Pros:

Great place to stay. Very friendly staff , conveniently placed restaurants fantastic rooms but if your a tea /coffe drinker bring your favourite with you as selection here is minimal at best
