On the Fence
Pros:

The staff were so professional and amazing.

Cons:

Was disappointed for they cost. Room was noisy because of the other rooms close by.
Advertised sound proofing.
Balcony was messy and had the view of next doors business dirty roof covered in rubbish.
For the price I would stay elsewhere with a view.
I actually packed up and moved out at 11.30pm.

Great for a night out
Pros:

Large room with all the items you need. Great shower and comfy bed. Room was quiet at night

Cons:

The parking out front was tricky while I went in to get the keys. The bed placement was a bit strange for such a large room- right near the door.

Cons:

The reception girl was rude and wasn’t friendly at all. If you want guests to come back, it would help not acting like a robot with no heart or warmth or customer service. She’s obviously there to do a job but couldn’t be less concerned with who we were as full paying guests, made us feel unwelcome and it was enough for us to never stay there again. I’m not sure if it’s because she’s from China, but people have manners here in Australia.

Pros:

The unit was spacious, well distributed the bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and living room.

Cons:

We didn't like that we were assigned another unit when we arrived .The closest door was stuck and was impossible to open it.
The staff at the front desk was very nice and took action. She moved us to another unit, where we were happy.
