Pros:

Great layout and large balcony area

Cons:

In the bathroom there was hair on the floor and the kettle and toaster were dirty on the outside
Outside area was dirty with cobwebs

2 night stay
Pros:

I made a last minute booking over the phone , then gentleman made it a quick and easy experience . The room was perfect , clean , fantastic air conditioner and comfortable bed . I extended my stay by a night down at the front desk , the female receptionist was new, she was lovely and it was hassle free. I will be back

Terrible and I left
Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

Staff were inexperienced and rude.
Shady business practice by not disclosing “standard” dog fee prior to making reservations, claim to be dog friend and “charges MAY be applicable” however a mandatory cleaning charge is $300 and a $250 bond which is more than what I paid for the room

Pros:

Staff were very efficient and friendly

Cons:

Shower products were on the floor and not refilled in three night stay. Also, the design of the shower meant a lot of water went outside the the cubicle, drenching the bathmat. Also the lighting was too dim.
