Pros:

The pool, staff and location were great.

Cons:

The only fault we had was our shower. The pressure wasn’t great but also the water would spurt out in 1000 different directions so made it so hard and took forever to wash shampoo and soap off.
We also had a family room and there was a barely frosted window in the shower that goes straight through to where the single bed is up against it. There’s full view from the beds but my daughters head was right there 😐

Sanur is just not my favourite city.
Pool area good for city hotel, and did most to make kid friendly - but cannot compare to beach resorts

It was all we needed for 1 night
Pros:

Staff were super friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Had everything we needed for a 1 night stay.

Cons:

Not a fan of breakfast buffets. Prefer ordering from a menu.

I would stay there again. I thought the rooms were nice and spacious clean. The bed was comfortable nice little Brenda.
Pros:

The property was clean. The service was lovely and it was too short to retire for me to stay considering I got in quite late.

Cons:

I couldn’t vote the property Team. I thought it was very nice.

Lovely hotel!
Pros:

Stayed with my daughter and 2 small grandchildren in the 2 bedroom studio, was very comfortable, great beds and spacious. The buffet was just right, the staff were excellent, overall if you're looking for a decent hotel that's not overly resort style large, this place is perfect! Close to nany restaurants and spas, will come back!!

Lovely hotel the staff are amazing.
Pros:

Lovely hotel, Staff are amazing good food for breakfast and dinner. Large clean pool and room size was great which led out to big balcony. Not too far from the beach and shopping. Easy to get Grabs and taxis.

Great value hotel in a nice quiet area.
Pros:

This was a great value hotel that had a beautiful pool & buffet breakfast which I enjoyed. The location at the south of Sanur was in a quieter area but still lots of options for delicious food, coffee and yoga close by. I would be very happy to come back here
