We had a brilliant stay and really appreciated the friendliness and effort of the staff.
Pros:

The staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful. The hotel is a short walk to the beach. There was music or activities every day.

Def worthy to go back
Pros:

Good position, nice pool, super clean and in a quiet spot. Great bar, service and a nice built in turkish restaurant. The hotal has its own beach and was super cozy, perfect and with a very honest price

Cons:

The breakfast was nice, would maybe put some "espresso" option instead of brik of brewed coffe and original confiture instead of mealty jam and liquid chocolate

Good but could be better
Pros:

Location was in a quiet area. Room was a good size. Clean property, the pool was good but quite small. Breakfast was ok, but not a lot of variety. Great live music and great options of alcoholic beverages at the bar. The staff were friendly and professional.

Cons:

The shower screen is facing the beds and see through making it uncomfortable to use. Gym was small. Had to pay extra for a good coffee.

Perfect hotel
Pros:

Me and my cousin came for 8 days to Sanur and Hotel Taksu Sanur. We had the best time in this hotel because of the great staff and the perfect ambiance.
People are so nice and very welcoming and whilling to help you with anything. For us there is nothing bad to say about the hotel.

Чудовий великий басейн.

Brilliant staff and excellent location
Pros:

Friendly and very helpful staff, nice pool and spacious rooms. Location was great, lots of shops .and warungs everywhere.

Cons:

Breakfast was okay, but the buffet was never filled up regularly. Food could be better but there's enough range there so you don't go hungry.

Amazing staff
Pros:

Loved this hotel. Beautiful large pool. Good breakfast. Spacious, clean room. Great location. And above all, the most amazing staff I have ever encountered! Everyone was helpful, friendly and so serviceminded.

Good value for money, but more motel standard than hotel
Pros:

The hotel staff are polite and constantly trying to be nice.
The location - walkable to many restaurants, supermarkets and beach.

Cons:

The room felt quite old, some areas could use better maintenance and cleaning.
The room lighting is quite dark, the stairs are also not well lit.
Gym access requires signing in and collecting a gym card, with a limit of 4 users at a time.

Amazing staff - suits all style of traveller.
Pros:

The staff were fantastic very polite and helpful, included the kids in things and always happy. Lovely to see the same staff daily. Daily breakfast was great with a good variety. Pool towels avaiable easily. Spa onsite is great. Happy hour also. Lift worked well and fast. Clean pool with enough space for people to spread out. Wifi was strong. Resturants close and walkable. Umbrellas easy to access aswell. Rooms cleaned daily. Bottled water in the room too. The staff are the best part of this accommodation. Meals were affordable for a hotel aswell.

Cons:

Balcony overlooked the road so we did not use it and extra pillows would have been helpful.

Homey, peaceful stay with delicious food - HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Pros:

Highly recommended! Lovely location and affordable, quality accommodation. The restaurant has delish and affordable food. The convenience of having a spa on site with a range of treatments was amazing. Relatively quiet space even with the pool very close by, we didn’t hear much noise! Clean facilities and the staff were extremely helpful.

Loved the halaal buffet breakfast! Amazing food for lunch and dinner too. The property also has a spa on site and a wide variety of treatments at great prices. Staff were really lovely and helpful! Highly recommend.

Personel super. Śniadania ok. Bardzo dobry wybór dań z jajek. Coś na słodko. Kazdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Szkoda że kawa nie z ekspresu.. Pokój przestronny, czysto. Panowie ktorzy sprzataja super!! Przesympatyczni, bardzo pomocni.
