スタッフが親切。海岸まで歩ける6分。サンライズも見れて良かった。料理はおかず辛くないから美味しかった。辛さはソースで調整する。

隣の広場から燃やす匂いがあった。タオルの交換が無く。使ったタオルをかけてあっただけで、新しいタオルが追加されなかった。スタッフは、フックにかかってたから、新しいタオルはいらないと思った。フックにかかってても、新しいタオルは、人数分は交換するべき

Varázslatos hely, önzetlen, alázatos, őszintén kedves személyzet. Jó helyen, 7 perc séta a strand. Reggeli mennyeien finom, változatos, meleg indonéz ételek is, de nemzetközi konyha is. Minden nagyon minőségi. Àr-érték aránya verhetetlen. Szívünkbe őrizzük az egész csapat kedvességét, Astika, Putri, Aprilla, Yoga, Tranjee, Wiguna és a többiek akik nevét nem tudtuk megjegyezni. Csak ide jövünk legközelebb is!! És minden ismerősünknek ajánljuk. Mindennel felszerelt, napi takarítás. Mindennap állatforma kedvesség a törölközőkből gyermekünk nagy örömére. Folyamatosan mindenki azon dolgozik, hogy nekünk jó legyen. Örök hála! Közel rengeteg bolt, üzlet, étterem, pénzváltó,ATM!

Comfortable and homey
Pros:

The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Convenient location to shops, beach, massages, restaurants.

Cons:

Breakfast could have been better. More Indonesian style breakfast, porridge etc. The transport was convenient but on the more expensive side.

I would have liked to stay longer
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally helpful. We chose this hotel because it was listed as wheelchair accessible. Initially, I was uncertain about the safety of the ramp up to the lobby, as it is steep and I worried about risk. However, the staff were always available to help and made our stay as comfortable as possible. They also had a wheelchair that we could use at the hotel. The vibe is relaxing and peaceful, and just what what we needed. Thank you to Mirah, Dewi, Antari, and other staff (reception, restaurant, cleaning, porters) who were all very helpful, offering assistance whenever needed.

Séjour parfait au Taksu Sanur Hotel
Pros:

Hôtel bien situé, proche de la plage. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Nous avions une terrasse très agréable côté piscine. Petit déjeuner buffet copieux et varié. Le personnel est aux petits soins en particulier l’équipe du restaurant.

Fantastic family stay over 7 nights made special by all staff.
Pros:

Staff were fantastic, always welcoming and accomodating. There was no exception to this
.Rooms, pool and restaurant were always well serviced and location perfect, close to beaches, restaurants and entertainment.

Cons:

Rooms are getting tired but still very adequate. The restaurant food could do with improvement, particularly hotter bain maries (food warmers) and like any hotel a sheet as well as doona as the latter can be too hot.
