Lovely staff and service, the food and drinks, stunning spacious rooms couldn’t fault this stay

Ho soggiornato presso l’Hotel Taksu di Sanur con aspettative piuttosto alte, considerando il prezzo pagato, ma purtroppo l’esperienza non è stata pienamente all’altezza.

Le camere erano pulite, aspetto che ho sicuramente apprezzato, ma nel complesso non le ho trovate in linea con il costo del soggiorno. Gli spazi e le finiture risultavano piuttosto semplici rispetto a quanto mi sarei aspettata per quella fascia di prezzo.

Un punto particolarmente deludente è stata la palestra: estremamente piccola, poco attrezzata e non adeguatamente curata. Il pavimento era sporco e non erano disponibili tappetini, al punto che non ho potuto nemmeno fare esercizi a terra come gli addominali. Per una struttura che si propone a un certo livello, credo sia un aspetto da migliorare con urgenza.

Anche il servizio lavanderia non è stato soddisfacente: tempi molto lunghi, costi elevati e nessuna comunicazione quando i capi erano pronti. Ho dovuto informarmi personalmente, e considerando il prezzo del servizio, mi sarei aspettata maggiore efficienza e attenzione al cliente.

Desidero però sottolineare una nota estremamente positiva: i trainee della struttura sono stati tutti molto educati, gentili e disponibili. La loro professionalità e il loro atteggiamento cordiale hanno reso il soggiorno più piacevole.

In sintesi, la pulizia e la cortesia del personale sono aspetti positivi, ma nel complesso il rapporto qualità-prezzo non mi ha soddisfatta. Con alcuni miglioramenti strutturali e organizzativi, l’hotel potrebbe offrire un’esperienza decisamente più coerente con il prezzo richiesto.

Large comfortable rooms and bed.The pool was fantastic with lots of day beds and a bar are which was great for coffee and food.

Zeer comfortabel, heerlijk zwembad en super vriendelijk personeel. Op een goede locatie in Sanur. Heerlijk ontbijt en comfortabele bedden. Top!! Oja, ook de flat whites van de bar zijn enorm aan te bevelen! :-)

Friendly staff and very good value for money

Fantastic and clean hotel with lovely staff, especially Astika, Antarai Nyoman and Putri (breakfast staff).
The front desk staff were also very welcoming (sorry didn't get their names) and helpful.
Loved the location, and very close to many nice restaurants.
The electric shuttle service that is new, and available in Sanur is the best, picks up out the front of the hotel.
Pool lounges were taken up by people leaving the towels on there.

The facilities of this hotel are fantastic. Warm swimming pool, excellent bar & breakfast food and our room was huge & spotless. We arrived early but were able to use the pool & have some lunch while we waited. The food was affordable and the staff were so friendly, they even remembered my name each morning. It's a bit of a walk to the beach but worth it. There's an excellent restaurant across the road, a great spa a few doors away & only a 5 min taxi ride to Icon Mall & the beach. We will only stay at this hotel from now on. Highly recommended.

Rooms are clean, good size and comfortable. Breakfast should have some variety specially should include some roti Canai

Situation proche commerce restaurant et plage

I was travelling with 4 other ladies in February and we absolutely loved the Taksu Sanur Hotel and restaurant.
At the restaurant, Antari made each of our meals very special as she made sure every customer had the best service and food at all times. She is the absolute perfect representative for this restaurant: friendly, discrete and perfectly professional. We look forward to coming back to this hotel to see her again.

Astika, latte coffee decorator, and Putri, waitress, were also a delight. If you get a latte, ask Astika to make a floral design! We had never had such cute lattes before.

We were also very impressed with receptionist Mayra (apologies, I'm unsure of spelling) who was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She too is a perfect representative of the Taksu Sanur Hotel.

Great rooms, good size. Ground floor with pool view was ideal for us.
Pleasant and attentive staff. Special mention to a hostess Antaria.
