As a well travelled family we rarely return to the same place twice but we will be coming back here.
Pros:

We had an exceptional stay and intend to book again when we return to Koh Samui. The villa was spacious and comfortable with the most amazing view. The staff were friendly and so helpful. The car service was invaluable and so efficient.

Cons:

The villa was lacking a toaster and it took us a while to figure out how to turn all the lights on and off!

what a great location
Pros:

the view and the villa were excellent. The staff were great. location excellent. very reasonable priced.

Cons:

the only problem i can raise was the fact the villa next to ours could see into our bathroom. having mentioned it to one of the owners he suggested they would apply one way film to the windows

Schönste Unterkunft auf Koh samui
Pros:

Alles war perfekt und genau wie auf den Fotos. Ein Shuttle fährt dich kostenlos den Berg runter zur Straße und von dort aus kann man zum nächsten Strand. Die Villen sind sehr groß, modern, sauber und man sieht die ganze Bucht. Die Pools sind auch groß und privat auf der Terrasse.

A mountain treasure
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful location up on the mountain, views a plus! staff were, warm friendly and very professional. The food was delicious and a large menu to choose from. Our drivers (hotel shuttle) up and down the mountain were always on time. I enjoyed being a little secluded.

Cons:

This location is amazing but if you like to be walking distance from the hussle and bussel maybe not for you.

Komplett schlechte Erfahrung mit Doppelbuchung unseres Zimmer ohne Geld zurück.

Blick über die Bucht

Cons:

Kein Storno möglich, obwohl wir 30 min nach Ankunft die Unterkunft wieder verlassen haben und um Kostenfreie Storno angefragt haben. Wir haben dann die erste Nacht in Strandnähe übernachtet. Als wir am nächsten Tag wieder zurück wollten, weil die Insel ausgebucht war, war unser Zimmer neu vermietet obwohl keine Antwort auf unsere Anfrage erhalten hatten. So standen wir erstmal mit nichts in der Hand da. Bis heute nicht einmal Teilrückzahlung bekommen. Es wird nur auf Standard procedure hingewiesen. Frech einfach, da wir trotz bezahlter Buchung nicht zurück kommen konnten! Angebot war dann dass wir 3 Tage später nach ursprünglicher Buchung kommen können und die Tage hinten dran hängen. Das geht natürlich schlecht wenn der Urlaub durchgeplant ist.
Einfach ohne Rücksprache neu vermieten und kein Geld zurück zahlen ist frech.
Grund für uns war die Lage die sehr weit oben auf einem steile Hang liegt wo nur die eigenen Fahrer hinfahren. Man ist komplett von diesen abhängig und abgeschnitten von spontanen Unternehmungen. Auch wenn der Transport mit den Fahrern hoch und runter gut geklappt hat. Wer mal spontan auf eigene Faust losziehen will, ist hier falsch. Wir mit Kleinkind haben uns das komplett anders vorgestellt.

Magnifique séjour !
Pros:

La vue a coupé le souffle ! Un bonheur de se lever le matin avec cette vue magnifique! Villa très spacieuse et propre ! La piscine à débordement et le jacuzzi avec vue également , un pur bonheur . Le personnel très accueillant et disponible à tout moment , c était parfait ! Merci au chauffeur pour les allers retours à la plage . Nous avons mangé une fois au restaurant de l hôtel très bon et copieux!
