Another stay at Satriya Cottages. As usual the staff were awesome. The location is ideal for my needs...close to Kuta beach bars, and easy to get to many other attractions. Short walk to Jl Legian down Poppies 2, other way for Kuta art market and surrounds with many local shops close by.. The rooms are great size, clean and well equipped..fridge, safe, bathroom supplies. Great swim up bar in well maintained gardens. Delicious buffet breakfast with egg station for fresh cooked omelette, fried, scrambled, poached and daily changes in hot foods, fruits, juices etc. Money changer and ATM on site.
Great value "old" Bali vibe with all the modern touches.
Rooms were kept clean always and my room attendant always made sure the room is clean. I liked that no one bothered me throughout the stay i just comes and goes as i wish
The staff never greets, i have travelled to so many countries and stayed in so many hotel but this is the first hotel where most of the staff avoid eye contact and dosnt greet. The only person who greets me all the time is the security team. Getting the pool towels from laundry myself was absolutely ridicules. The restaurant staff were awful. Maybe because i was brown but they ignore me even if i am infront of them. So weird
Location. Very spacious rooms. Beautiful garden.
Bathroom had step to shower and toilet. Was slightly dated but not unusual for Bali

Muy buena la atención. La pileta muy linda. El área del parque invitaba al relax, realmente parece que estuvieras fuera del centro, a un paso del mundanal ruido. La decoración tambien me gustó mucho. No es un hotel moderno, tiene sus años pero està bien mantenido
De repente las dos ultimas noches, se interrumpía el paso del agua y no podías usar el baño lo que no tuvo explicacióm alguna. Tal vez fuera algo pasajero. Espero hayan podido solucionarlo

Das Personal ist sehr engagiert.
Zimmer 415, leider bemerke ich erst spät abends dass eigentlich alles in diesem Zimmer nass ist, leider auch das Bett in dem ich schlafe und dadurch einen starken Husten bekomme.
Obwohl ich lüfte wird das Zimmer nicht trocken und ich ziehe in Zimmer 429 ein. Beim rasieren stelle ich fest, dass kein Wasser kommt.
Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach.

Quarto grande e banheiro enorme. Piscina ótima, estrutura bem bonita. Localização perfeita, perto do shopping e restaurantes. Piscina aberta 24h. Tudo limpo.
Dentro do hotel é lindo, mas a entrada para a rua é feia. Café da manhã local, poucos itens ocidentais, para quem nao é acostumado, não come.
I first started here about 15 years ago, when it was the Satriya Cottages. The names been kept, but it's now a many roomed hotel.
Breakfasts upstairs are relaxed, very well staffed and a good selection. With actual yogurt, a real treat in Bali.
The swim pool/bar is likewise a relaxed and very social place. Check in/out was great and the staff always very helpful and friendly.
Kite flying and fun on the beach was great watching.
Nothing- it was all great, except perhaps for the long row of stalls and traders just outside. And the Sea at Kuta Beach is still not clean enough, with plastic bags and plant bits etc in the water. Luckily the wind blew from the best direction for us, pushing the pollution out to sea. Lots more needs to be done on the sea environment to tempt tourist swimmers into the area.

Čistý, pohodlný hotel s prekrásnou, tichou záhradou, ochotným a milým personálom. Vynikajúca kuchyňa, jedlo bolo nielen dobré na chuť, ale aj vkusne naaranžované na tanieri. Dostatok ležadiel pri bazéne, k dispozícii osušky na vypožičanie.
