Premises kept very tidy and staff friendly and accommodating

Cons:

Didn't like the room we were first put in. Air con didn't work, the room was too small and we were taken up the back stairs in the dark. It was quickly rectified to a ground floor larger room.

Really comfortable place to stay, located perfectly in kuta. Kuta is busy but soon as you step in the hotel the noise is

Amazing hotel tucked away just 5 minutes away from kuta beach. Really central to everything! Room was pleasant and the pool was perfect, great place to catch a tan. Will definitely return!

Convenient and Comfortable
Pros:

Very good value for money, I only stayed one night but the room, although dated, is comfortable and has everthing you need, the food from the restaurant is good and the location is great.
