Good location, poor upkeep
Pros:

This used to be our favorite hotel when doing an OC trip but I think we will start looking for something else next time. The conditions of the rooms are bad.

Cons:

Air conditioner broken, called front desk, waited 30 min engineer came and reset the AC. Waited 30 mins the AC still wasn’t cold. Called front desk again, waited another 30 mins for engineering to come then they replaced the AC. Tried to take a shower and the shower door wouldn’t even open because the hinges sagged and the door was stuck

Had a wonderful stay and will definitely choose this hotel again
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable. The staff even the maids were so nice. Beautifully decorated lobby. Loved the heated pool! Fitness room was very nice
