Banyo ve yatakları temiz konforlu. Oda hizmeti zayıf. Teknik bakım zayıf. Televizyon uydusu bozulmuş iki gün kaldım yapamadılar. İki gün sonra servis gelecek dediler. Sonuçta bir hafta tv olmadan hizmet veriyorlar.
İkinci gün su ve ikram çay yenilenmemiş, kirli bardaklar değiştirilmemiş idi. Kısa süreli yat kalk kalmalar için uygun.

building in general is very old. hotel does not provide with dental kits even though it is so called "a 4 star hotel". hair dryer was not working. when I asked to bring iron to the room, the iron that was brought to me was full of soot. matresses are awful, back pains are guaranteed

This is a 3 star hotel claimed to be a 4 star hotels. No tub, and hair dryer is not working. The staff are generally good, but there is an old man, i do not know what exactly his job seen frequently in corridor of the rooms without obvious reason and make clients feel uncomfortable. A man in the reception who is speaking Arabic has poor English, and many considered him bad.

The place of the hotel is very good, but it is definitely not a 4 stars hotel. Many things in the room are not working such as the shower. Meant of the staff are very nice and excellent but the one who speaks Arabic is more than terrible. The breakfast is at 7.30 which is not perfect.

Room was not cleaned, tea cups were not cleared. Breakfast buffet few items good over and when we went their and asked them to replenish they said it over and can't do anything about it. I saw one waiter putting the leftover (full peices) from the guests place back in the buffet.

I don’t know why people give negative reviews to this hotel . I found it exceptional.

Thank you to the reception staff for all the help they gave to me and the kind and courteous way they took care of all my requests. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. We had a large window that could be opened. No view unfortunately. The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was large, comfortable and clean. The shower pressure was pleasantly very strong. We had lots of big white soft towels. Unfortunately there was no foot towel. They provided soap and shower gel. Located more or less 1 kilometer from central Taxim Square.

I don’t recommend this hotel, the stuff is not welcoming, they don’t even smile to your face or respond to your Hi. Cleanliness level is very low, they leave trush in the bins in the room, the floor they don’t wipe it. We are 2 and they give us only 1 towel. The good experience is also so poor nothing special.

Location is perfect as it is close to metro and bus station.

Only good thing is the close proximity to Taksim SQ. There are many hotels nearer to this as well.

Rooms were outdated and smelly. Even the towels needs to be changed as they were worn off. Rude receptionist and most of others are rude as well.

Free breakfast was terrible and the dude behind the counted smash food on to the plate and gives us weather we like the items or not. Only once you can serve and the food was tasteless.

Good for a overnight stay since its walking distance to the square.

Breakfast was bad, was nit tasty and enough. couldn’t eat it really.

The beds are not comfortable at all. The walls and floor are not clean. Toilet and shower were also dirty. I cannot believe that this is a 4 stars hotel!

The stuff close/ disconnect the AC/ heater before the check out time to make you leave by 12:00 pm !!

The noise of the street you can hear it from your room even if your window tightly closed !

So apart from the location the rest is poor

The service staff is very warm, attentive, friendly. There is cleanliness and all conditions to relax and concentrate on your business. Thank you very much for this wonderful hotel, I will definitely come back!

This hotel was terribly awful. hotel's room havn't minibar and airconditioner was out of action .The room did not have a button to clean the room. Room service was awful. Breakfast also included a pre-prepared daily plate with poor quality ingredients.

We have many bad experiences with Hotel Taxim Express in Istanbul.
The hotel is very dirty, with a lot of dust and a bad smell.
The restaurant does not exist at all, in the corridor of the hotel entrance there are several tables.
Breakfast is awful. A person stands at the beginning of the corridor, and from a cupboard gives guests a plate of very little and poor quality food. There is nothing but that dish, no coffee, no fruit, no fruit juices, no baked goods, no cakes, nothing ..
The hotel resembles a stroller guesthouse.

A very bad experience!! Went for with my family for a short trip in Istanbul. The breakfast awful and had to buy food from the nearby bakery every morning. The toilet is terrible and needs renovation. Staffs are not friendly at all! Such a bad experience and a bit far from Taxim square (30 minutes walking distance)

Nothing from the first minute it was a grief. The front desk was very mean. I have videos of his ugly behavior . I showed him Expedia confirmation number but he was screaming and saying that we don't work with Expedia for two years , I asked to talk to the management and when he called his manager his manager was also ugly and I could hear him on the phone screaming so he did not want to talk to me and hang up on the front desk guy.
I asked them to give letter sating that they don't work with Expedia so I can get my money back but they refused. The only option was either I leave to find another hotel or I pay cash because they refused to take credit card. Since I was tiered and not familiar with area I had to pay cash and I had a receipt with video showing that I got charged twice , one by Expedia and another by the hotel. The room was not the room that I was chosen when I reserved instead they gave me a room with two twin bed! Bathroom was dirty. Breakfast was horrible and treatment were very very unprofessional by the service staff where there was only two. I did not eat because I could not trust that the food from it is look seems stored somewhere in the heat for days! Security zero. Anyone can come into the hotel without anyone asking question. I was very worried for may money where I had to carry what I had everywhere I go during these two unpleasant days that I stayed there. Expedia should not have listed this hotel . I called Expedia and selected option callback but!

Konum iyi, ama malesef temizlik vasat değil vasat ötesi, bir önceki müşterinin kıllarını duvar, duşta ve yerde görmek çok hoş değil. Yarıdan az kalan ve yedeği çoktan biten tuvalet kağıdını oda görevlisi neden değiştirmez. Alez de kurumuş kan lekesi var, beyaz çarşaf altından gözüküyor. Bir Alez kaç paraki aylarca öyle kullanılsın. Manzaralı odaların manzarası iyi. Ulaşım rahat, dikkat ederlerse temizliğe gerisi güzel olur.
