This hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was immaculate. Celina at the front desk was an absolute star, providing us with maps and excellent local recommendations.

During our two-week trip around Vietnam, the Hanoi Royal Palace Hotel 2 was one of our favorites. The location, cleanliness, and service were all excellent. Mimi is the staff member I remember most; she was incredibly helpful.

You can't beat this location on Hang Bong street. The hotel is lovely, but Celina really made the difference. Her warm hospitality made us feel right at home from day one.

The hotel is conveniently located near Hoan Kiem Lake and many attractions in Hanoi Old Quarter. The room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was enjoyable, although the dining area became busy during peak hours. The service was outstanding, especially from Mimi, who always greeted guests with a smile and made every effort to assist us.

The hotel is located in one of the best areas of Hanoi. The room was comfortable and the Wi-Fi worked well throughout my stay. Although breakfast could have had a few more international options, the service was excellent. Mimi was very attentive and made sure all guests felt welcome. I would happily stay here again.

A beautiful hotel right in the center of the action. The rooms are clean and cozy. Celina at the front desk was amazing—she helped us book a wonderful street food tour and made sure we had everything we needed.

The room has large windows, so the morning light is very pleasant. The breakfast buffet is quite varied, and the restaurant area has a very spacious view of the city. Mimi at the reception desk helped my family book a car to the airport and also suggested many good pho restaurants near the hotel.

The hotel is perfectly located on Hang Bong Street, very convenient for walking to everything. The rooms are clean and elegant. Special thanks to Celina at the reception for the warm and professional welcome!

It's very convenient to walk to many attractions from here. The room was larger than I expected, the wooden furnishings created a cozy atmosphere, and the stable Wi-Fi made working quite easy. What impressed me most was Mimi's professionalism; she was always friendly and assisted with the check-in very quickly, even though I arrived quite late.

The restaurant on the upper floor serves a fairly extensive breakfast buffet, suitable for both tourists and business travelers. Mimi is a big plus for the hotel — friendly, efficient, and always ready to assist from check-in to check-out.

The common areas were clean and beautiful, the elevator was convenient, and the bathroom was tidy and well-equipped. Most impressive was Mimi's enthusiastic service; seeing that it was our first time in Hanoi, she gave us directions to Hoan Kiem Lake, the night market, and even places to buy souvenirs.
