Pros:

This hotel was a great choice for my visit. The room was tidy, comfortable, and well equipped with useful amenities. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist when needed. I liked the relaxed atmosphere throughout the property. Everything felt well organized and clean. It was a very enjoyable stay and I would definitely return.

Pros:

Die Lage in der Altstadt ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist ein Desaster. Das Bad ist mit einer Glasfront, bei der man ein Rollo von außen herunter ziehen muss!!! Warum man hier keine Milchglasfolie anbringt ist nicht zu verstehen. Es gibt keine Ablagemöglichkeit im Bad und schon gar nicht im Raum. Die Küche für das Frühstücksbuffett schaut man besser nicht an. Zudem werden einem bei Kartenzahlung 4% zusätzlich berechnet. Das man heutzutage in einem Hotel bar zahlen soll ist ebenfalls nicht zu verstehen. Alles in allem absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

A very pleasant experience in Hanoi.
Pros:

The hotel is elegant and comfortable, with beautiful wooden floors and modern decoration. My room was quiet and very clean. The breakfast on the second floor with a view of the city was lovely. I would like to thank Mimi for her kindness and professionalism. She helped organize transportation and gave excellent recommendations.

Truly thoughtful and helpful.
Pros:

Comfortable beds, clean rooms, right in the city center. Convenient for getting around. The staff were very enthusiastic. Because we had to leave for the airport early in the morning, Celina had prepared breakfast for us to take with us, along with a small gift.

We stayed at Hanoi Royal Palace Hotel 2 for 4 nights and absolutely loved it.
Pros:

The location in the Old Quarter is perfect for exploring Hanoi. Our room had a large window with a great city view and lots of natural light. The breakfast buffet had many options every morning. Mimi at the front desk was amazing – she helped us book a Halong Bay tour and gave great tips about local food. We would definitely stay here again!
