Great location, close to every tourist attraction; very kind staff.

Cons:

This is definitetly not a 4* hotel, 3* at most. We ordered airport pick-up; the driver showed up one hour after our landing -citing traffic problems. To be fair, in return they offered transport to the airport free of charge. Breakfast was not very rich neither, outside you have much better alternatives. Almost like all the commerces in Vietnam they were very reluctant to accept payment by card and if you insist they charge you an additional 4%, but once again this is not specific to the hotel. Cleanliness of the room was neither perfect. Pictures somewhat misleading.

Pour la découverte d’Hanoï, l’hôtel est vraiment bien

Le personnel à l’accueil et services très chaleureux.
La situation géographique.

Cons:

L’ascenseur accessible au 2e étage seulement.
Le manque de prises électriques pour brancher tous nos appareils (téléphones, chargeurs pour téléphones, appareil auditif, montre électronique etc.) -
L’exiguïté de la chambre, le prix ! (Beaucoup plus onéreux que le Rex Hôtel à Ho Chi Minh !)
Petit-déjeuner : petites tasses, pas de thé noir…
