Confort chambre, bon petit déjeuner, personnel gentil, proche salle de sport Commando.

Cons:

Pool party ouverte à tous hors clients résidents donc inaccessible le week-end car musique à fond toutes la journée et la nuit, gens ivres et ambiance inadaptée.

Dishonest tip procedure for room service and room temperature drinks

I love how it was directly connected to Samara shops

Cons:

The refrigerator didn't work. There wasn't an ice/water machine. The room service attendant tried getting 20% MORE OF A TIP even though there was an auto gratuity already added for 15%. He literally told me I needed ro tip him 600 MORE pesos but in cash only. He didn't leave until I gave him 300 more on top of the 15% i already paid. I felt very pressured as he was standing in my room. They should really tell the truth on tipping

La peor atención, limpieza y estancia
Pros:

Hice check in, subí al cuarto y estaba sucio el baño. No tenían Netflix no tenían ni para rentar películas. Llame para cancelar y que me devolvieran el dinero por qué claramente no me hospede en el hotel. Me cambié al Westin y me tuvieron 20 minutos en línea y me colgaron el teléfono. No estuve más de 5 minutos en el hotel, no me querían dar ni wifi.

Una estancia plácida.

La sensación de tranquilidad desde el ingreso al Lobby, sumado a lo silencioso de las habitaciones y la amabilidad de todo el personal. es excelente. Definitivamente, me hospedaría de nuevo ahí.
