Hice check in, subí al cuarto y estaba sucio el baño. No tenían Netflix no tenían ni para rentar películas. Llame para cancelar y que me devolvieran el dinero por qué claramente no me hospede en el hotel. Me cambié al Westin y me tuvieron 20 minutos en línea y me colgaron el teléfono. No estuve más de 5 minutos en el hotel, no me querían dar ni wifi.

Me molesta MUCHO la trampa de BOOKING de ofertar una habitación con desayuno y al llegar al hotel no ser válida

La sensación de tranquilidad desde el ingreso al Lobby, sumado a lo silencioso de las habitaciones y la amabilidad de todo el personal. es excelente. Definitivamente, me hospedaría de nuevo ahí.
El desayuno. Es bueno, pero podría mejorar.
La atención del personal, el espejo de maquillaje, las botellitas de agua de cortesía. La comida en el restaurante. La decoración del lobby.
La señalización para llegar confunde. Debiera ser más precisa al indicar exactamente dónde entrar con el auto. Que no haya un solo contacto con puerto usb para cargar el teléfono. La tv muy complicada de manejar, nada intuitivo el control. La habitación muy ruidosa.
La alberca, la atención, la habitación no tanto y menos que el aire no servía y nunca sirvió, a pesar de los reportes
