Great stay - we would come back
Pros:

The service was excellent.. from the moment we stepped into the Ritz the hospitality was evident. We received good recommendations on what to do around the city from Luca on our first day and the warmth hospitality carried right through the day we left. Sadly we don’t have all the names of all staff who greeted us.

Cons:

The area outside the Ritz had a funny smell when it rained particularly- not sure what is the issue but this disappeared as soon as you entered the ground floor

Pros:

Our stay at the Ritz Carlton was nothing short of fabulous! Everything from the room to the breakfast spread exceeded our expectations. A special mention to Lucas who was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. Made some great memories!

Location was fantastic. Hotel had a professional staff who always had a smile on thier face and were quite proactive in helping out the guests. I also enjoyed the food especial their sichuan pizza which is a blend of east & west.

Pros:

Ожидаемый уровень сервиса. Состояние номера и общих зон. Вид с высокого этажа на город. Простор номера. Прекрасный панорамный бассейн и зона отдыха.

Cons:

При заявленном бронировании 2 взрослых + ребенка 13 лет для последнего дополнительное спальное место предоставлялось за дополнительную плату. Лукавство с ценообразованием: отель изначально принял количество постояльцев, но их не соотносят с количеством спальных мест.

Un buon hotel
Pros:

L hotel si trova a un’ ora dall aereoporto.il traffico e’ abbastanza intenso.
E’ un hotel in stile coloniale, risultando un po’ datato forse solo per lo stile
La nostra camera era grandissima , davvero molto piacevole, con vista sia nella zona toilette che nella doccia. Bellissima
Il servizio direi non ottimo: al check-in ci sono state un po’ di difficoltà per la lingua. Per fortuna abbiamo incontrato un nostro connazionale che lavora all hotel che ci ha supportato nei due giorni di soggiorno
La nostra camera , alle 1430 non era stata rifatta
A parte queste cose e’ comunque un ottimo hotel
Dall Italia ho prenotato tramite l hotel un tour per Dujiangyan : ottima organizzazione , tour privato con una guida giovane che parlava correttamente l inglese
Purtroppo non consiglio la visita a questo sito ( ho fatto una recensione a parte)
Abbiamo cenato una sera in hotel; si può scegliere alla carta o buffet. Noi abbiamo scelto il buffet e abbiamo provato il loro famoso Hot pot con la carne .hot pot buono , Il buffet invece è praticamente solo cinese
Se non piace la cucina cinese Consiglio di uscire .

El mejor hotel del mundo

Absolutamente todo.

Ha sido, sin duda, el mejor hotel que he visitado en todos mis viajes alrededor del mundo. De hecho, la experiencia que viví aquí forma parte de un libro que estoy escribiendo, porque llegué en un momento en que necesitaba sentirme cuidada, y este lugar superó completamente mis expectativas.

La atención de su personal fue excepcional, especialmente la del equipo de la cafetería, cuya calidez y dedicación hicieron una diferencia enorme durante mi estadía.

Además, el hotel está lleno de detalles que reflejan un nivel de excelencia poco común. Su arquitectura es impresionante, elegante y acogedora a la vez.

Más que un hotel, fue una experiencia inolvidable, de esas que permanecen en la memoria mucho después de regresar a casa.

Definitivamente volveré todos los años que vaya a la feria de Cantón.

Pros:

While waiting to check in, we met with a guest relations personnel Luca Spatafora and he was so helpful in recommending local places for a late lunch, great neighborhoods to walk around and get coffee and cooking classes. The concierge team was excellent too, walking from the ground floor location, through 25/F lobby, up to my room to give me the addresses of 3 steamed bun locations for breakfast. Rooms are big and service excellent.

Cons:

Check in was a bit of a wait and could be a tad more efficient.

Perfect Stay for Family
Pros:

The suite was a perfect size for a family of four. The beds were big and comfortable. Entire room was extremely clean and the hotel smells nice everywhere. Service was excellent as well, every hotel staff was quick to help and friendly. Special credits for the breakfast buffet crew, everyone was so attentive to our needs and will even offer treats for the kids! A luxurious and memorable stay overall! Will definitely choose The Ritz Carlton again when we come back to Chengdu.

The hotel is fantastic! We really enjoyed the stay, perfection almost in every detail - starting from the room, ending with the SPA and breakfast. The room service is delicious. Breakfast is fantastic - offering a big range of different tastes. The staff is professional.
Pillow menu is amazing - this was the best sleep we have ever had.
The view is breathtaking.
The SPA is not big, but it is separated in men/women zones.

Cons:

Check-in time officially starts at 3PM, we arrived at 2:40PM and there were no room for us, the room was ready only after 5PM, which was quite inconvenient for us.
No one offered even a welcome tea.
There was a used cigarette in a bathroom when we entered the room (and we are not smokers), so we had to wait for the next day cleaning to ask to throw it away.
