The best hotel I've ever met in Chengdu, the best staff
Pros:

Ritz-Carlton Chengdu is a hotel where the kindness of the employees stands out. In particular, I would like to express my gratitude to Luca Spatafora, who I met here. I was moved by the attitude of taking care of me sincerely. If Luca hadn't told me, I wouldn't have known that the hotel had a Jacuzzi. While in the hotel, he checked if I was doing well and if I had any inconveniences. He is really the best employee who truly cares for the guests visiting the hotel.

Останавливались на 4 ночи, все прошло отлично, отзывчивый и доброжелательный персонал, чисто в номере и в самом отеле, прекрасный шведский стол, небольшой тренажерный зал с отличным видом (мало снарядов, но поддержать форму достаточно), хороший бассейн

Хорошее местоположение, великолепный чистый технически оснащенный номер и очень разнообразный обильный завтрак.

Cons:

Ночной администратор обманом взял с нас деньги за услуги, которые были включены в стоимость. Пришлось потом с администрацией отеля решать этот вопрос и деньги вернули без проблем.

Room and Club Floor experience were a home from home
Pros:

Staff in both the Club Lounge and main reception were great. Indeed everyone was so friendly and helpful.
We think the location is ideal for the main sites downtown; better than when we staying in other top end hotels in Chengdu. We’ll come back to the Ritz Carlton in future.
It is well worth paying extra for the Club Floor with personalised attention and lovely food.

We found the bed a bit hard for our liking

great people at Ritz Carlton @ Chengdu
Pros:

We love to stay at the Ritz Carlton in Chengdu. We had a rough start to be honest and some misunderstandings in the beginning. But once that got cleared, I have to stay that it is now like coming home. Meria is an angel and is reading our wishes off our lips. No matter if this is a coffee to go before leaving the hotel or just a friendly word. Also Luca the “new kid on the block” is doing amazing. The Ritz stuff is giving this extra touch a guests want to have and feel. Also at the bar FLAIR, the stuff is outstanding. Once again, many thanks to Meria how is walking the extra mile to make each stay unforgettable. See you in a two weeks again. Many thanks!
