Excellent service, good spa and swimming pool.

Cons:

We booked through booking.com, suit with 2 rooms with breakfast, for 4 (2 adults and 2 kids), but at the check in, lady at reception said that it is room for only two people and you need to pay extra for 2 kids fot 2 extra bars and breakfast. Finally we chose another room for family with kids, but it was more expensive. Not clear, the hotel cannot make it clear during the booking (if the have a 2 rooms suit only for 2 people).

Stanza pulita e grande.

Cons:

Sono mancate alcune attenzioni nella stanza (abbiamo dovuto richiedere che la macchinetta del caffè fosse sostituita, e nella suite ritz mi aspetto anche un servizio più presente).
