Fantástico!

Una buena elección , ubicación muy buena ,
habitaciones hermosas y las instalaciones , muy buena atención por parte Luca el italiano !

Cons:

El.desayuno se podía mejorar ! Poca variedad de queso más exacto 2 , poca variedad de fiambre max exacto 3 .... no había pato...., no hay cafetera para hacerte un cafe, el cafe americano me lo sirvieron templado.... estaba ya hecho , la tortilla francesa muy poca sabor!

Wonderful 6-star hotel service.
Pros:

Location is ideal and convenient while not too bustling.
The hotel is beautiful, very clean with wonderful ambience. Our room is relatively large with spacious clean toilet. Bed was very conformable with multiple pillows. Breakfast was really sumptuous with very wide spread of delicious food and even after 6 days we still loved it. The Chinese restaurant Li Xuan was truly great and inexpensive....we dined there at least 5 times! Above all Ritz Carlton staff was superb, very courteous, professional and helpful in particular front office staff Mr Luca Spatafora. We will get back, soon.

We had a truly wonderful stay at the Ritz‑Carlton Chengdu. The service at the reception was outstanding — genuinely attentive, friendly, and always ready to help.

A touch of Italy in a really nice hotel
Pros:

Very comfortable 5-stars hotel, in a central position. Lovely staff, and a fantastic Italian Manager, Luca, extremely kind. Really an unexpected surprise to find a touch of warm Italian hospitality in the heart of China. Good job, Luca..!!
