Pros:

All is excellent as you would expect from a hotel of this standing. Breakfast is fantastic and the staff very nice and helpful.

Pros:

Die Lage ist ok, wir haben zu 95% Taxi genommen. Einmal sind wir zur U-Bahn gelaufen. Es ist doch ein Stückchen zum Laufen.
Das Frühstück hat uns gefallen, vor allem NICHT scharf. Es hat uns gerettet. Es war nicht einfach in Chengdu nicht scharfes Essen zu finden.
Das Personal an der Rezeption und im Restaurant ist sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Im Gegensatz zum Personal an der Rezeption und im Restaurant waren das Personal im Schwimmbad sehr unflexibel und unfreundlich. Mein Sohn hat durch die Unflexibilität eine Erkältung bekommen.

Die Zimmer riechen nach Rauch! Das ist wirklich inakzeptabel.

Der Room Service variiert nach Personen. Wir hatten eine Suite, der kleine Ablagertisch am Flur wurde überhaupt nicht sauber gemacht. Auch die Vorbereitung für die Nacht war nicht einheitlich. Mal wird es vorbereitet, mal nicht, mal gibt es ein Glas fürs Wasser, mal nicht.

Все прекрасно! Водитель встретил в аэропорту. Не смотря на глубокую ночь, встретил коньсьерж и портье прямо у входа и проводили на рецепцию. Быстро заселили. Завтрак очень хороший, много блюд европейской кухни. Свежевыжатый сок! Коньсьерж был очень внимателен и всегда был на связи, что было очень удобно!

Everything is so good and I really enjoyed staying this hotel.
Pros:

The staff are very nice and helpful. I requested for late checkout, the reception staff immediately told me no problem and no charges at all. I really appreciate that. I will be booking this hotel if I travel here again.

Our stay at the Ritz Carlton was nothing short of fabulous! Everything from the room to the breakfast spread exceeded our expectations. A special mention to Lucas who was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. Made some great memories!

Great stay - we would come back
Pros:

The service was excellent.. from the moment we stepped into the Ritz the hospitality was evident. We received good recommendations on what to do around the city from Luca on our first day and the warmth hospitality carried right through the day we left. Sadly we don’t have all the names of all staff who greeted us.

Cons:

The area outside the Ritz had a funny smell when it rained particularly- not sure what is the issue but this disappeared as soon as you entered the ground floor

Location was fantastic. Hotel had a professional staff who always had a smile on thier face and were quite proactive in helping out the guests. I also enjoyed the food especial their sichuan pizza which is a blend of east & west.
