A happy stay.
Pros:

Everything from food, service, room is excellent. Both hardware and software of hotel are of very good standard. We are extremely happy and satisfied with our stay. Will definitely choose this hotel if i am back to Chengdu again.

Cons:

To nick pick, maybe the fragrance in hotel hall and reception area is too strong.

Китай, Чэнду-Прекрасен! Спасибо за гостеприимство. Второй раз в этом отеле. Рекомендую как обычно Клубный тип номеров-трудно найти в Китае еду/напитки ближе к европейскому стандарту-в этом отеле Вы почти 24 часа с европейской кухней, алкоголем, напитками…

Персонал. Я могу конечно ошибаться. Заранее извините. Но озвучу! Для меня Загадка-когда Персонал сразу на Просьбы гостей-говорит НЕТ. Вы можете жить в Люксе, но попросить второй зонт для гостя э, на два часа прогулки-это невыполнимая просьба, к сожалению. Мое личное мнение-это Такая мелочь…и выполнима вот точно на 100% для Отеля с Таким именем.

Cons:

Staff at breakfast. First Advised us they can pack our food in boxes, then they didn’t really want to do it so decided to put a chocolate croissant at the bottom of the box and then meat and salad on top….Who does that?

Pros:

Sehr zentral gelegen, das Personal ist sehr bemüht trotzdem das sie ALLE sehr schlecht bis gar nicht Englisch sprechen!! Concierge Luka absolut top!!

Das Essen könnte mehr Abwechslung vertragen !!

Pros:

ritz Chengdu service was excellent . Luca‘是continuous temperature check with us and ensure we are being attended to immediately should there be any disservice. So far there is none. I must commend your concierge staff for the extra service. Eg when we enquire a place in Cheng du, they directed us patiently and asked,” do you need me to book a car , book a ticket , prepare a car before you depart “ where all other resort did not provide that extra. Kudos to ritz Chengdu
