Good quality hotel, staff are very helpful and friendly. It has fantastic facilities but lacks a little atmosphere.

Fantastic hotel and amazing facilities!

Cons:

Seemed very quiet at the restaurants and bar!
However, people were smoking in the dining room floors which wasn’t nice!

Sehr gehobenes Hotel mit aufmerksamen Personal
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksangebot ist sehr sehr vielfältig. Der Ausblick vom Hotelzimmer in der 40 Etage ist grandios.

Cons:

Mir persönlich war die Klimaanlage im Zimmer in der Nacht zu laut.

From the moment I arrived, Luca went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless and comfortable. He has a rare ability to make guests feel truly looked after, not in a transactional way, but with authentic hospitality that reflects the very best of what the Ritz-Carlton stands for.

The property itself is stunning, and the service standards are exceptional, but it's people like Luca who elevate a great stay into an unforgettable one. I left feeling genuinely grateful. Pros:

Top Ausstattung! Personal sehr Freundlich, besonders Luca ist uns sehr positiv aufgefallen, er war immer erreichbar und hat sich extrem bemüht allen unseren Wünsche und Bedürfnisse nachzugehen .
Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen .
Alles auf Höchstem Niveau.

Unser Aufenthalt im The Ritz-Carlton, Chengdu war einfach herausragend – ohne Zweifel eines der besten Hotels, in denen wir je zu Gast waren.

Der Service ist auf höchstem Niveau: aufmerksam, professionell und gleichzeitig herzlich. Die Ausstattung des Hotels lässt keine Wünsche offen, und auch kulinarisch wird hier absolute Spitzenklasse geboten – jedes Gericht war ein Genuss. Besser geht es wirklich nicht.

Ein ganz besonderes Lob möchten wir an Luca am Empfang aussprechen. Er hat uns jederzeit hervorragend informiert und uns mit viel Engagement bei der Planung unserer Aktivitäten unterstützt. Dank ihm wurde unser Aufenthalt noch einmal deutlich angenehmer und persönlicher.
