Citrus Patong Hotel by Compass Hospitality

The staff is great. They keep the hotel clean and everyone was nice! The breakfast buffet was great. There is a 7-11 next door and restaurants that you can walk to. I will def be back!

The hotel was absolutely amazing. I am a solo traveler, and the room was the perfect size for me. The staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was amazing. My only complaint was the TV. There were no working channels. Nonetheless I’ll be staying there again next year.

need a bit work at some places and pool is small.
but for the rest we had a very good vacation.
staff at reception, restaurant and housekeeping so nice. all of them very helpfull and general sweet people.

het hotel is een beetje gedateerd en het zwembad is erg klein. het ontbijt is elke dag weer super. de kamer is prima in orde en huishoiding komt elke dag vor schoon bed en handdoeken en schoonmaak kamer.
personeel (restaurant, receptie en schoonmaak) allemaal super lief en behulpzaam.
al met al een hele fijne tijd gehad in dit hotel.
zal hier zeker terug komen.

Great location, walking distance to beach, bars, Bangala Rd. and tons of food options. Room that faces the main road was real noisy all day and night making it hard to sleep. Room was clean, bed was hard. We only stayed 2 nights so it wasn't too bad.

The male receptionist is very rude. Take note of that guy. Hotel is in good location. Heater water pressure is bad. Bed quality not that comfortable. Breakfast choices are limited.

Great hotel!!

The hotel is classified as 4 stars, but it is not 4 stars, but rather one star. The staff are very unhelpful. The furniture is old. The rooms are very dirty. The quilt and bed have a bad smell. Luggage service is non-existent. You have to carry the bags yourself.

Citrus is 1 block from Patong Beach, down the street from Hard Rock Cafe, night markets, drug store, 7/11 convenience store. Staff was friendly

Rooms adequate size for 1 person. A lot of noise from other rooms. Needs better soundproofing. Tiny tea cups. Staff very nice and helpful.

Nothing that I experienced before. Staff was very rude . Did not get what I booked. And did not get any help full help from them. Felt like a rubbish. I will not go there or recommend that place at all .

Good place to stay, only downside was the bathroom was tired and could do with a refit. Staff are excellent, especially a lady called Nan on the front desk who was very helpful and courteous x

Clean good location wonderful staff

Very good place and most recommended. Local and all you need is on your doorstep. Only thing is the staff speak barely any English. Like the most of Phuket unfortunately.
