Cleanliness
6
Mixed reports: several guests praised cleanliness, but notable complaints include dirty-looking sheets, humidity odor in some rooms, torn towels and even reports of bedbugs/pulgas, lowering the score.
Service
5
Consistent negative feedback about reception and night staff being unfriendly, unprofessional or understaffed during check-in; multiple guests requested better customer service training.
Location
9.5
Very strong positive consensus: location repeatedly highlighted as a primary advantage (close to campus, plazas and convenient access).
Room Quality
7
Generally comfortable rooms and beds cited often, but some guests noted hard mattresses, AC noise, old TVs and a bit of wear/deterioration in furniture.
Amenities
6
Basic amenities present but limited: small/insufficient parking, few breakfast tables, outdated TVs and limited handicap/employee parking enforcement were reported.
Value for Money
8.5
Multiple guests called out good relación calidad-precio and found the hotel a solid choice for work trips and budget stays.
Food and Beverage
8.5
Breakfast repeatedly praised as delicious and more generous than comparable chain options, though dining space can be crowded.
Overall Experience
9.5
Overall impressions lean positive for location, value and breakfast; however, issues with service and some cleanliness problems temper the stay for some guests.

Mejorar el trato

La habitación es cómoda y limpia
