Overall, it was great! We’ll try to stay here again if I want to go swimming.
Pros:

Very accommodating staff and easy transaction. I loved the infinity pool! 10/10
Also, they put an effort to my partner’s request to put something to celebrate our anniversary.

Cons:

Disappointing wifi connection. Although they sent someone to fix it, it was fixed for a short period of time then it was gone again. Just tired to call them again to fix it.

Hotel with the Best Rooftop Infinity Pool in Alabang
Pros:

The wonderful view from the infinity pool on the rooftop is mainly what sets this hotel apart from other properties in Alabang. The room was spacious and they have some of the nicest hotel staff I’ve met recently.

Cons:

heard traffic noise from the streets below past 12 midnight even when my room was on the 12th floor… wifi didn’t work well during my stay while hot water in the shower wasn’t hot enough for me

Disappointed with your staff named JV

As usual the location, the pool and the hotel itself in general

Cons:

We are a returned guests for the nth time. But this time we are so disappointed with your front desk staff named JV. We are requesting for another key because me and my companion have different schedule and ways to catch up with but he refused unpolitely and said only 1 key must be issued. Its the first time that this happened to us because since our first visit and stay in this hotel wayback we have been issued 2 card keys and no problem at all.
You should Protect the image of this hotel from this kind of staff.

We enjoy our stay, a homey hotel for us.
Pros:

Kind staff and clean hotel. We are allowed for an early check-in. Room is spacious. Swimming pool is fine, breakfast is quiet expensive for us. My kids enjoy their room

Cons:

Water for refill is located downstairs, it is much better if provided more bigger complementary water or an extra bottle of water if not bottled.

It met expectations but the issue with the water heater issue I don't want to come back.
Pros:

I liked how spacious the room was and how nice and attentive the staff were! The lobby was nicely decorated too!

Cons:

It took a long time for the water to heat! In previous hotels I'd been at, you didn't have to manually change the heater temp like you would need to here and only needed to use the faucet knobs for changing temp.
