L'Heritage Hotel

The loveliest hotel in the heart of the old quarter in Hanoi. The staff are beyond anything we have ever experienced! So so lovely, friendly, helpful. They surprised my husband with a birthday cake and even sang him Happy Birthday even though we had not mentioned anything. Breakfast every morning was wonderful! The perfect start to the day. The roof top bar with the beautiful sunsets every evening and delicious cocktails to match were the perfect way to end the day.

Highly recommend Hanoi Lheritage Hotel. The staff were absolutely wonderful and really went the extra mile for us. Beautifully presented premises, very much enjoyed our stay here, would return again.

The staff at Hanoi Lheritage Diamond Hotel are so amazing & helpful. The breakfasts were delightful & the room was quiet, very clean & had a very comfortable bed. The location in the Old Quarter of Hanoi was perfect for getting around. We would thoroughly recommend to Hanoi Lheritage Diamond to anyone intending to visit Hanoi.

Top notch. Lovely older hotel very well maintained. Lots of character. Right in the most interesting part of Hanoi. Lovely staff. Solid breakfast. Strong recommend. I feel like I got to experience real Vietnam without sacrificing too many creature comforts.

Located in the old town, it is convenient for walking and sightseeing. The accommodation is set in the centre of Old Quarter Hanoi. There are many popular restaurants around here. Also, the hotel was very kind and friendly.

Hanoi Lheritage Hotel is the best location in Hanoi Old Quarter. The staff were astounding, very friendly and warm. Hospitality is unmatchable. The hotel itself is decent and clean and really gave good value for money.

The hotel was amazing. Immaculately maintained with incredible staff. The room was beautiful and had a nice balcony overlooking the city. Breakfast was excellent with a mixture of buffet and cooked-to-order items.
Staff were excellent and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend.

Great hotel in a perfect location. The staff here were excellent and very attentive. The hotel manager went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my stay. Everything was great but the standout of this hotel was the breakfast. It was very high quality and the dishes were rotated daily. They served decaf coffee (very rare in Vietnam) and it was absolutely delicious! The room was very modern, comfortable and looked brand new. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Hanoi!

My wife and I stayed for two nights in December to explore downtown Hanoi. It’s a great location. Nice rooftop restaurant. Friendly and attentive staff. Comfortable beds. A small but perfectly serviceable gym. The breakfast has a variety of western and local options. I will definitely come back and recommend anyone to stay here!

The staff was first-rate. The breakfast spread was good & varied, and the views from the roof-top breakfast room were really nice. The location is in the heart of the old district, which is a plus. That means the hotel is an easy walk to sites, as well as shops and places to eat. The problem is the street noise. If you stay in the back of the hotel, there's less noise but also a small window & no balcony. If you stay in the front of the hotel, you get large windows & a lovely balcony, but you hear the cars honking all night -- unless you stay on the 7th floor. The 7th floor front room is really the best bet -- you get a wonderful balcony, large windows, and reduced street noise. You have to pay extra for it, but it is worth it.

Disappointingly shabby. Many comparable hotels in the area with lower rates; many similarly priced hotels in better shape. We were one night and out. Next time, elsewhere.

Was transferred to L'hertitage Diamond. Offered upgraded to Deluxe room whick was great.staff was English spoken polite helpful and nice.very Near st Joseph Church which was magnificent. Walking distance to the lake which near to many eateries n clubbing place. Will definitely recommend.

Nice location, elegant, clean and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the morning had many options and was delicious. Only regret was that I couldn't stay longer!
