Excellent value and service
Pros:

Had a great experience. The room was spacious with plenty of storage and surface space and a very comfortable bed and great aircon.The breakfast buffet had a great range. It is a 7-10 minute away from the central old quarter -but an easy walk through some less touristy streets to get there. The rooms are well soundproofed- I was at the front of the hotel and had no issues with traffic noise. The staff were incredibly kind and went out of their way to help me lodge a complaint re an airport taxi that overcharged me and getting the driver to return the extra charge. On my last night it was wet and I ordered room service which was very good and extremely fair priced for the quality of the food.. I stayed at their sister hotel L'Heritage Diamond at the beginning of my trip and it was also excellent and very centrally located. However I preferred Hanoi L'Heritage due to the room size and layout and its location. Highly recommended

Good location in the old quarter. So ca. Easily walk around

Cons:

Photo's on the site do not reflect the actually facilities. Room was very small for a Junior suite. Breakfast was very disappointing. This was the last accommodation for our Vietnamese trip so wanted it to be special and nice. So was very disappointed

Excellent location, beautiful staff.
Pros:

This is an excellent hotel. The staff are beautiful and warm. The location and facilities are excellent. The onsite restaurant is really good too.

Cons:

There is nothing not to like. The staff are a huge asset to this property.

Tolles Hotel mitten in der Altstadt

Die Mitarbeiter in diesem Hotel sind sehr,sehr freundlich und herzlich!
Ich habe ein schönes Zimmer bekommen,wofür ich sehr dankbar bin.
Es war total sauber und gepflegt.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und lieferte einen optimalen Start in den Tag, gebündelt mit einem schönen Blick über die Dächer der Altstadt.
Die Lage ist top! Sehr zentral und mitten im pulsierenden Leben von Hanoi.
Als Alleinreisende habe ich mich hier sehr sicher und wohlgefühlt.
Mein Flug ging erst abends um 23 Uhr und ich durfte sogar nochmal duschen im Hotel! Sowas ist wirklich keine Selbstverständlichkeit und wahrer Luxus!
Vielen Dank an euch!

Cons:

Dass ich nach 3 Nächten leider meinen Heimflug hatte,denn ich wäre gerne länger geblieben 😃

I'd go back in a heartbeat!
Pros:

Beautiful modern hotel with good facilities. Staff are incredibly helpful, friendly and accomodating. Checked out for a tour to Halong Bay for a couple of days and they allowed me to come back, leave my bags and use the shower facilities. As I was then going to Sapa for a couple of days by overnight train they stored my bags for two days and allowed me to use the shower facilities when I got back despite not being a guest anymore, which was amazing. Great rooms, lovely spa, well positioned in Hanoi to get around and staff couldn’t be more helpful.

Pros:

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Hanoi Lheritage Hotel! The hospitality here is truly unmatched, the vibes are incredible, the food is delicious, and the rooms are very comfortable. What made our experience unforgettable was the incredible service—everyone was so kind and helpful.
The whole team at Lheritage went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, suggest incredible local dishes to try, and assist us with making reservations.
Also, the breakfast was incredible! The fresh pho and cold brew coffee were so good! A special thank you to James, who shared so much fascinating culture with us and even helped us customize our food so we could experience and enjoy it the true local way!
We are so grateful to the entire team for their genuine care and top-tier service. We cannot recommend this hotel enough and will definitely be back!
