Pros:

まずホテルのスタッフの方が優しいです。チェックイン時にチャイを出してくれたり、カッパドキアの地図を使って色々説明してくれたり、ツアーや空港送迎の相談にも親身になってのってくれました。
部屋の前や朝食会場からの景色がすごく綺麗で気球が飛べば更に素晴らしいと思います。
冷蔵庫、電気ケトル、ドライヤーなど宿泊する上であると助かるものがしっかりと揃っていてとても満足しています。

Cons:

部屋が少し暗いです。この点は、慣れれば問題ないかと思います。
シャワーとジャクジーの間の床に砂が落ちていているのが少し気になりました。また壁に埋め込まれているタイプのベッドは壁や天井の砂がポロポロと落ちてくることがあります。

Pros:

Muy bien ubicado, al lado del centro. Fue una experiencia estupenda poder estar en las habitaciones cuevas, y las vistas del Valle desde el hotel era una auténtica preciosidad. El servicio fue excelente también.

Amazing staff who were so knowledgeable on the tours and really worked there hardest to give us the best prices and deals.

Cons:

There was a leak in our room after some heavy rain but it was a minor issue and didn’t impact our stay at all

Ubytovala bych se s rodinou zde opět, Kapadokie je nádherná.
Pros:

Lokalita skvělá, ubytování bylo velmi hezké a čisté. Krásné výhledy.

Cons:

Mohlo by se vylepšit doplnění jídel u snídaní, někdy se stalo že spousta jídla už nebyla .

Excelente Hotel!
Pros:

El trato de la gente que trabaja allí es excepcional! Son personas muy amables, serviciales y alegres. Siempre estuvieron pendiente de nosotras. A través de ellos contratamos el servicio de transporte al aeropuerto y de camello y salía más económico que en el resto de partes. Todo excelente

Interesting Cave Hotel with available 4 person rooms. Awesome staff and great breakfast.

Cons:

Room was a little warm in the winter/ hard to control thermostat. This was a theme accross Turkey on a cold trip.

Долго выбирала отель, чтобы была не имитация пещерных номеров, а реально были в скалах номера. Очень большие и комфортные номера. Было очень тепло. Немного темновато в номерах, но это соответствует атмосфере что ты в пещере)))) Ванная комната с джакузи и душевой. Терраса с местами для отдыха. Очень чистые номера, да и вся территория отеля. придраться просто не к чему. Завтраки обычные, ничего особенного, но можно было найти всегда что покушать. Спасибо внимательному персоналу )
