Ottimo soggiorno, qualche dettaglio da migliorare
Pros:

Posizione comoda a Goreme, posto auto disponibile in una piazzola pubblica adiacente (essenziale per chi è in auto, vista la poca disponibilità di parcheggio e il traffico caotico per le strette vie della città), camera molto suggestiva scavata nella pietra, pulizia ottima sia in stanza sia in bagno, accoglienza con tazza di the (molto gradita anche per via delle pioggia che cadeva), wifi perfettamente funzionante, bollitore, the, caffè e bottigliette d'acqua disponibili gratuitamente, bagno molto spazioso con prodotti monodose disponibili, colazione sopra la media per questa categoria di struttura.

Cons:

La struttura si perde in alcuni dettagli; gli impianti elettrico e idraulico sembrano realizzati in modo amatoriale, la vasca perdeva abbondantemente acqua allagando il bagno ad ogni utilizzo, il termosifone gocciolava, la temperatura in bagno era molto bassa rispetto a quella della camera; la colazione ci era stata per disponibile sino alle 10:30, ma il giorno in cui abbiamo fatto l'esperienza in mongolfiera, di ritorno, dopo un paio d'ore di sonno, alle 10:00 abbiamo trovato già tutto messo via.

It was a good experience
Pros:

The room was spacious with a jacuzzi inside. Cave like hotel concept very good. The front office man helped us by carrying our luggage in his own car till the taxi station

Un lugar mágico
Pros:

El hotel es precioso y tiene un encanto verdaderamente mágico; alojarse en estas instalaciones es toda una experiencia. La habitación estaba muy bien, pero lo que sin duda hace brillar a este lugar es la amabilidad y la excelente predisposición de absolutamente todo el personal. Queremos hacer una mención muy especial para Ramo en la recepción, que nos dio una bienvenida increíble y nos hizo sentir súper a gusto desde el primer minuto.

Cons:

Como puntos de mejora constructiva: tratándose de un lugar tan especial, creo que deberían cuidar muchísimo más las zonas exteriores. Nos dio pena ver que la zona de los sofás estaba bastante abandonada y constantemente había bolsas de basura a la vista, lo cual rompe un poco la magia del entorno. Por otro lado, el desayuno nos pareció bastante flojo y le vendría muy bien ofrecer más variedad.

Un posto magico , in location perfetta ed una struttura impeccabile . La suite era incredibile, con ogni confort ed una vasca idromassaggio da sogno. Gentilezza e professionalità di tutto lo staff. Una prima colazione con ogni cosa preparata artigianalmente a Km 0 .

La struttura in generale.
La colazione.

Cons:

Camera buia.
Letti scomodi perchè il piumone era troppo piccolo.
Non c'era acqua calda in bagno e ci hanno cambiato la camera. Nella seconda camera il box doccia non si chiudeva bene e il il doccino perdeva, quindi a ogni doccia si allagava il bagno.
Il wifi in camera non funzionava per niente bene.

Nos gustó mucho la habitación/cueva, teníamos amenities en la habitación, el desayuno era muy completo con unas vistas muy bonitas, todo muy tranquilo y relajado.

Cons:

No es que fuera algo negativo, pero quizás demasiada atención hacia el huésped, pero es por tema de carácter, que nos gusta ir más a nuestra bola, pero fueron muy atentos y amables.
