Pues no soy de poner críticas ya que también me pongo del otro lado, pero en este caso aconsejo y sugiero al hotel que cambie sábanas y mantas, ya que están llenas de pelusas a consecuencia del desgaste, arreglen baños y estancias en general ya que en el caso del baño hay óxidos en bañera y cal en la salidas de los grifos de lavabo y bañera. La bañera está pintada como si de un remiendo se tratara y en los laterales tiene óxido. La pintura de anterior mantenimiento parece que ha sido demasiado aguada y se ven los trazos de las pinturas anteriores el secador no funciona, y para colmo me dieron una habitación diferente justo al llegar al hotel, habitación que por cierto aparentemente estaba peor que la que vi a través de la aplicación.
Insisto que no me gusta hacer esto pero no me queda más para que se intente mejorar en la medida de lo posible ya que la calidad no ha sido equiparable al precio ni mucho menos.
Vivimos en un país turístico por excelencia y no podemos permitir que existan tales estadios de abandono en los servicios.. dispongo de fotos que lo pueden documentar en caso de ser necesario..

Pros:

La primera impresión no fue buena porque la decoración de la entrada no está actualizada.
El chico que nos atendió en recepción, no está uniformado y hay poca luz. Pero a medida que fuimos hablando, tuvo un trato cercano con nosotras,fue paciente,cordial y no le faltó detalle de información para que nuestra estancia fuera completa y satisfactoria. Subimos en un ascensor con características del pasado pero la habitación fue toda una buena sorpresa. Limpia,las camas cómodas. Hay TV,nevera, caja fuerte, ventilador y calefactor. Lo único a destacar en lo que me gustaría, cómo usuaria, que mejoren,es en el WC. El borde de la bañera tiene óxido y no es agradable pagar para ducharnos en un baño amplio y limpio pero en esas condiciones.

Cons:

No me ha gustado que el baño tenga restos de óxido al rededor de la bañera. Los esfuerzos del personal de limpieza,no relucen. Y como usuaria,me ha decepcionado

Pros:

Отель небольшой, приветливый персонал на ресепшене. Достаточно чисто. Расположение прекрасное в центре исторической части города. Рядом множество ресторанов, два из которых с мишленовской звездой. Нет парковки, но недалеко автостанция с публичной парковкой.
