Fijn hotel. Volgende keer weer naar Holliday Inn

Pros:

Rezervasyonumu en büyük çift kişilik yataklı oda için yaptım. Ancak bana iki tek kişilik yatağın birleştirildiği oda verdiler. Gece geç giriş yaptığım için ses çıkarmadım ama sabah çıkışta sorduğumda “sisteme bu şekilde düşmüştür” gibi ilgisiz ve sorumluluk almayan bir yanıt aldım.

Müşteri memnuniyeti ve rezervasyona sadakat bu şekilde olmamalı. Ücretini tam olarak ödediğim hizmeti almak en doğal hakkım. Otelin bu konuda daha özenli ve profesyonel olması gerekiyor.
