The hotel performs up to is high score on booking.com.
Receptionists, porters and kitchen staff did their work professionally. Requests were taken care of promptly. The breakfast provided was convenient for starting our day. The bed was comfortable to sleep in. Daily newspapers and masala tea (late afternoon i think) was provided. Ohh, there was an iron and ironing board in the corridor which was a really convenient addition.
The porters were really helpful, especially on the day we left. Due to traffic jam and the road condition we had to cross the road in order to reach our uber and they waited with us outside and made sure we got across the road safely, carrying our suitcases.
If you're sensitive to noise, the sound insulation might be problem. But that was not an issue to bother me and my family as we're sound sleepers.
The property was in a good location to sight see from Fort, through to Churchgate and down to the Docks.
The room had everything we needed for a two night stay, was clean and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious, with all toiletries provided.
We got what we expected, and it was considerably cheaper than nearby air bnbs.
The location was extremely busy. We’d leave for the day and be bombarded from the doorstep - but I guess that’s just Mumbai!
The room itself had everything we needed but was tiny! We couldn’t walk past one another, one person had to wait in one end of the room for the other to get past. You could also hear the street traffic but we expected as much.
My biggest criticism was the breakfast. Whilst it was included in the room price so we didn’t pay extra for it, breakfast consisted of a row of arm chairs against the windows in one of the corridors. The food options were all okay, and my sister had a waffle. They served this and gave us a bottle of syrup and chocolate sauce, and put it down on our table- along with a log of tiny flies or bugs that were on one of the syrup bottles. I think it would be better to not offer breakfast at all as there weren’t really the facilities or space to provide a proper room for it, and eating in the corridor is probably part of the reason bugs are getting attracted to the syrup bottles in the first place. Equally not convinced how hygienic the kitchen they’re cooking out of it after the bugs on the bottles.
I also think, whilst it was considerably cheaper than alternative accommodation options, it wasn’t cheap so would expect slightly better facilities than breakfast in the corridor.
I’d also attempted to initially pay for our stay by card but had a request through for £800 instead of £100 through a link on WhatsApp which also detailed my booking details - it looked legit and was either an error from the hotel or a scammer who had access to the booking details (either way worrying). Because we felt like we were getting scammed we said we would pay by cash, but carrying this much cash in such a crazy area as white tourists didn’t feel safe. There’s definitely more that could be done to secure their systems to ensure guests feel able to pay via card and not have to carry cash in an insecure area.

La entrada pertenece al edificio y esta muy abandonada. La habitación un poco anticuada pero cumple
Het ontbijt was prima. Personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer was groot en de badkamer prima.
Er is geen lift aanwezig.
De kamer is heel klein en heeft geen ramen.

Этот отель нам посоветовала наш гид , останавливались на одну ночь. Жили в номере с окнами, выходят на улицу. Ночью, конечно тоже слышно дорогу (не стльно), но это же Мумбаи!
Отель оправдал ожидания! Очень понравился персонал - вежливые, внимательные, чуткие, дружелюбные и доброжелательные, - всегда с улыбками и добрыми лицами! Такие интеллигентные, благородные мужчины на ресепшене! Спасибо вам огромное, вы лучшие! 🙏
Номер чистый, уютный, небольшой, но всё нкжное есть!
После выселения разрешили оставить вещи до вечера, а потом ещё и чаем с печеньками напоили!

Staff was very kind and helpful. The room is not very spacious but enough for two people. Breakfast was fine.
The hotel is at a big road, it can be a bit noisy and if you want to get to an area with more life, you have to walk quite a bit or take a Taxi.
Besonders das Personal ist sehr freundlich! Ich habe gleich nochmals für meinen nächsten Aufenthalt dort gebucht!
Der Zugang zum Hotel im 1.Stock!!! Macht aber, wenn man dort ist, die Sauberkeit im Hotel wieder gut.

La stanza un po' piccola e non finestrata.
Уже жила в этом отеле ранее, поэтому специально снова его выбрала. Вежливый персонал, вкусные завтраки, утюг с доской в коридоре, чистота, большая ванная комната с большими флаконами мыла и шампуня, 20 минут пешком до вокзала и метро. Мне всё нравится.

The room was excellent, big comfy bed and constant hot water. There was also tea and kettle in the room. Breakfast was very good.You could have both Continental and Indian if you so wished! All the staff,were excellent, and I do mean everyone! The ambience of the hotel was also very charming!
