our room was really dirty. we arrived around 7:00 pm. the coffee spoon had a hair. they did not clean our room properly. there were some small balloons from previous guest in the wardrobe. the water was leaking in the bathroom a whole night. there were so many mosquitoes. we would not recommend this hotel.

Like - hotel is clean, quite and strong wifi
Dislike-hotel charge me for early check in, i wish the hotel could have more empathy since we arrived early and got no where to go in the cold weather and the room is vacant at our time of arrival. Also breakfast is very very very limited. Perhaps d hotel need to personalize d breakfast

Sehr freundlicher und hilfreicher Service und ein toller Garten. Eine Abwechslung zu den eher uniformierten 4-Sterne-Hotels auf unser Südvietnam-Rundreise.

Aber leider ein altes Haus (Baujahr 1940 ?). Muffig, feucht und somit nicht sehr wohnlich. Frühstück eher bescheiden, da nur wenige Gäste. Trotzdem bemüht, Wünsche zu erfüllen (Grenzen jedoch schnell erreicht). Daneben sehr abseits und nur mit dem Taxi handhabbar.

Schade, wollte aber die (alten) guten Bewertungen so nicht stehen lassen.

Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb (50-60.000 Dong mit Taxi), daher geringfügig ruhiger als in der Stadt. Allerdings poltern trotzdem LKW und hupende Autos direkt auf der Hauptstraße vorbei.
Das Hotel wird bei Trivago bei der Suche mit Klimaanlage angezeigt - die Räume verfügen allerdings weder über A/C noch über einen Deckenbentilator o.ä. wie bei Expedia angegeben.
Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und bemüht, allerdings auch nicht wirklich die große Hilfe, was Informationen betrifft. Das liegt zum einen daran, dass sie zwar von den Sehenswürdigkeiten in ihrer Umgebung gehört haben, aber einen Großteil davon live nicht kennen. Zudem werden teils unterschiedliche Angaben gemacht und falsche Infos zu Taxipreisen gegeben - dies war sehr ärgerlich, da es uns einen Mehrpreis von 110.000 Dong zum Flughafen kostete.

I will definitely return and stay at the same lovely hotel. The staff was so very helpful and kind. The area is beautiful and there is a lot to do.

Located a bit out of town, the hotel is comfortable and rather like a B&B. It is well-kept; the flower garden is lovely. Staff are extremely kind and helpful.

When we drove towards the hotel it became apparent that Da Lat is not the serene, green, romantic city the guide books say it is. We were so happy to see that the hotel had a fantastic garden and whimsical feel after driving through the polluted and chaotic city center. The grounds are beautiful and the hotel is quaint and well kept.

Our room was simple with a nice little terrace overlooking the garden. The breakfast was also simple but very delicious. The bathrooms are bit dated, but let's face it, how much time do you spend in the bathroom of a hotel when you are on vacation?

Da Lat turned out to be a pleasant, albeit quirky addition to our trip and this hotel was our little slice of relaxation in a very unexpectedly busy town.

The room was large and comfortable, though a little chilly as the weather suddenly turned cool. Location was a little far from town but taxi only 50,000 VND each way. Service from front desk and kitchen staff amazing

Perfect stay with this hotel. Room was clean and comfortable however the cleanliness of the bathtub can be improved. Staff was helpful and breakfast was very good! Highly recommend this to everyone visiting Dalat.

Quick trip to Da Lat. Booked online and noted the airport pickup - requested this in the booking notes. At the airport, no one to be seen with my name so caught a taxi. 290,000 dong to get to the hotel and they were mildly appologetic and offered 'a voucher'. I didn;t pursue the issue as the hotel is in an out of the way neighborhood so caught a taxi to the city center and spent a nice day on the gondola and hear the lake/river.

Back at the hotel, I can say the gardens are neat, building is in good repair the staff pleasant and the breakfast quite good. Unfortunately, the pillows left me stuffed up in the morning.

Nice unusual place to stay in vietnam. It's a 5-8 minutes drive to dalat city center, but being outside its very very quite. Rooms are huge and very old French style.... It has its magic.Staff was nice and they arranged us the bus back to nha trang and taxis. Language was an issue at the beginning, but with a bit of patience we sorted it out. The breakfast was simple but nice and good quality and the breakfast room is sort of below the main hall but overlooking the beautifully well maintained garden and pond. As others mentioned, the hotel has its years and you may hear a few noises here and there when people walk on the corridor, but in my experience it was quite silent in general.... Below the vietnam average! :)

It's about 4km or a 40 minute walk to the center of town. Very quiet, peaceful, with a fabulous courtyard/garden. My room was spacious and clean; well lighted. My room had a nice balcony that overlooked the garden. Quite a pretty sight.The staff were very friendly and helpful, doing all they could to make my stay as comfortable as possible. They served Breakfast and Dinner.Tghe morning meal was adequate, while the dinner, was fairly good, though, eating in town, is cheaper, with more of a variety. A couple of downsides: 1) at night, the hallway light is left on and it shows thru the window pane above the door, as there is no curtain, though this didn't bother me, but it could others. I spoke with management about this, and they 'thanked me'. 2)it is a long walk into town. You can take a taxi for about 40,000 Dong, or about 3 USD. The center of town can be quite noisy, hence, choosing this hotel. I will come back here again!!

Just it is a bit far from market. If taxi around 50,000 vnd. Can rent motorbike there, just 150,000 vnd per day or 75,000vnd half day. They provide tour for selection~

hotel looks older in real life..especially The washroom. The room was huge but also very very cold as there.was no heating for dalat's cold nights. ended up.shivering every night. breakfast was limited as it was a small hotel. it included bread, cereal, watermelon, vietnamese sandwiches, noodle soup and some special pastries. two of the hotel Staff can speak English and were very friendly. but the others can not speak English at all. highlight of the stay was a tour we booked with the hotel. The tour guide brought us to several sites and to a Local joint for bbq lunch. he also helped us take many photos at the attractions.

Awesome stay to have my quiet time with God. Beautiful cosy,clean room. Nice weather. Beautiful garden. Quiet & safe. Excellent service.

Had great few days there. The staff were awesome. Rooms comfy. Breakfasts good and motorbike hire at motel was good as the motel is a few k's away from the town center.

the hotel was the usual you would get for that price but what made the experiece great was the lovely people running the Hotel.

Only downside , if this matters, is it is a $2 taxi ride to town

We stayed here for three nights with our two children (12 & 15). The rooms were spacious enough for two queen size beds plus a roll out. We slept very well in the comfortable beds. The free wifi worked very well. Probably this hotel is more suited to a couple as it is quite picturesque.
The gardens are beautiful for peaceful break from lots of traffic and noise. Da Lat is a lot busier city than we expected so it was relaxing to come back to the very established gardens.
It is 3 km from town square so we used taxi a lot. They do have scooters to use if you would like to try braving the traffic!
The staff are very friendly and helpful. breakfast was good I myself would prefer more local variety.
