Wonderful stay, close to many restaurants and places of interest.
Pros:

This was our second stay at Kay Hotel. The staff was pleasant and proactive as they usually are. The hotel was impressively upgraded from our last stay in February 2026. The entire lobby has be refurbished. Our room was freshly painted and there is now an outdoor Cafe at the entrance, over looking the river. We had drinks there and it was quite relaxing. We'll definitely stay here again.

Pros:

Vị trí đẹp, view đẹp, quan sát đc cả cầu Rồng và cầu sông Hàn, giá cả phải chăng

Cons:

Điều hoà cũ nên ko được mát nhưng khách sạn cho mượn thêm quạt. Sàn nhà vệ sinh lâu thoát nước nên dễ trơn trượt , giường hơi cao so với trẻ em.

Pros:

Chambre spacieuse, nous avons opté pour la chambre triple avec vue sur la rivière Han, nous n’avons pas été déçu.
Le pont du dragon est accessible en moins de 10mn à pieds.

Cons:

À part la rivière en face de l’hôtel, quelques restaurants et cafés aux alentours, il n’y a pas grand chose. Nous avons préféré le coin de l’autre côté de la rivière.

A comfortable budget hotel with a great location and friendly staff.

The location was definitely the highlight. It was very convenient and close to the river, restaurants, and other attractions. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

I personally felt the laundry price shown was a bit high.

Đến ks nhưng ko có nv hỗ trợ mang hnahf lý nên cầu thang cho khách. Lễ tân hời hợt,ko niềm nở gì cả. Phòng giường đôi nhưng nhỏ, cửa phòng toilet ko khép lại được, phòng cách âm kém bên ngoài nói chuyện ồn ào buổi tối ko ngủ được 👎.
