Pros:

Stayed here for a month and really enjoyed it. The place is clean, well looked after and the location is great for getting around.
The front desk staff were very professional and polite, always helpful whenever I needed something.
Special mention to Truc and Cuc, always professional, polite and smiling. Great value for money, I highly recommend it.

En recepción no hablan inglés con lo cuál es difícil entenderse. En la primera habitación que nos pusieron no funcionaba nada y estaba muy sucia. Luego nos cambiaron a otra, que estaba mejor. Nos hicieron pagar la lavandería por una sábana que se nos manchó al desteñir una ropa que se había mojado con la lluvia. No nos molestó por pagar, nos molestó que la chica de recepción salió a llamarnos la atención cuándo había más clientes alrededor, no nos había pasado nunca en un hotel nada parecido.

Fantastic location! Very clean and spacious room.
Pros:

We loved our stay at Kay hotel! The staff were all very friendly throughout the duration. The location was perfect! It was located right on the river and just down from the dragon bridge. Very beautiful both day and night. There are many food places nearby. The room itself was very spacious and clean! We would definitely stay here again.

Erst hatten wir ein Zimmer mit Schimmelpoblem und mussten dann trotzdem eine Nacht darin verbringen.
Das zweite Zimmer war besser aber die Fenster sind zu klein und wir hatten keine Aussicht.
