Khách sạn sạch sẽ vị trí đẹp trung tâm giữa cầu Rồng và cầu quay sông Hàn, nhân viên thân thiện ,đặc biệt nhân viên tên Phượng và bảo vệ tên Huy rất nhiệt tình với khách hàng .Sẽ quay lại lưu trú nơi này khi đến Đà Nẵng.

En recepción no hablan inglés con lo cuál es difícil entenderse. En la primera habitación que nos pusieron no funcionaba nada y estaba muy sucia. Luego nos cambiaron a otra, que estaba mejor. Nos hicieron pagar la lavandería por una sábana que se nos manchó al desteñir una ropa que se había mojado con la lluvia. No nos molestó por pagar, nos molestó que la chica de recepción salió a llamarnos la atención cuándo había más clientes alrededor, no nos había pasado nunca en un hotel nada parecido.

Fantastic location! Very clean and spacious room.
Pros:

We loved our stay at Kay hotel! The staff were all very friendly throughout the duration. The location was perfect! It was located right on the river and just down from the dragon bridge. Very beautiful both day and night. There are many food places nearby. The room itself was very spacious and clean! We would definitely stay here again.

Erst hatten wir ein Zimmer mit Schimmelpoblem und mussten dann trotzdem eine Nacht darin verbringen.
Das zweite Zimmer war besser aber die Fenster sind zu klein und wir hatten keine Aussicht.

Aufgrund des Schimmels/modrigen Geschmack hatte die Unterkunft leider einen ziemlich faden Beigeschmack.
Pros:

Im grossen und ganzen sauber (abgesehen vom Schimmel)

Cons:

Die eine Wand ist offensichtlich stark verschimmelt, was einfach mit Farbe überstrichen wurde. Auch der Geruch im Zimmer war entsprechend „modrig“.
In der ersten Nacht haben wir dann auch die Ursache für den Schimmel entdeckt, nämlich die tropfende Klimaanlage (der Boden war am morgen klatschnass).
Dies sollte unbedingt behoben werden und geht unserer Meinung nach gar nicht, auch wenn die Unterkunff sehr günstig ist! Zudem ist der WC-Deckel defekt und hält bei der Befestigung nicht mehr. Insgesammt wirkt das Zimmer vernachlässigt.
