Pros:

The property had easy access to the highway.

Cons:

The rooms were not cleaned very well. The counters had old sugar on them. The lamp shades were dusty and dirty next to the bed and the vents from the air conditioner needed a good clean because it’s just blowing dust, dirt and anything else in the air. The towels and wash cloths had stains on them.

It was okay.
Pros:

The proximity to my job site was a benefit. The lobby area seemed relatively clean.

Cons:

When I was given my first room it hadn’t been cleaned from the last occupant. I asked the front desk for housekeeping then waited for hours for them to come. I eventually called the front desk and asked for another room. It was 9 pm. He brought the key cards for the new room and didn’t offer to have my bags moved. So, I schlepped all of my belongings to the new room 3 floors down. The new room was ok but had an off putting smell. I ended up purchasing cleaning supplies and sprinkling baking soda on the rug to neutralize the odor.

The air conditioner was abnormally loud. It was hard to fall asleep with it abruptly turning on and off all night. (I have a video but can’t attach it.)

Watching tv seems like an unusual chore. To be able to hear you have to turn the tv up to a level that has to be disturbing to neighboring guests. A tv with leveling, Bluetooth audio, or speakers closer to sitting/sleeping areas would have been ideal.

Pros:

Every staff member was friendly and courteous! Our room was spotless,beds were super comfortable and plenty of hot water. Kudos to everyone as it was a full hotel with many sports activities in the area and a holiday weekend. The breakfast bar was well stocked and the food was hot and appealing. Never heard any grumbling...only smiling faces!

Pros:

Good hot breakfast. Not huge variety but pretty decent. I did not use the kitchen in the room, but it was well-stocked with plates, cookware, cups, etc.

Cons:

Would help to have a microwave in the breakfast area.
