This location is a gem. 💎 The facility is nice, the staff was very welcoming. Thanks to Ms. Debra for her hospitality and making sure we had a good hearty breakfast before heading back to Houston! 💜 Everything was on point, biscuits and the grits were delicious.😋 Our room was spacious and very clean. The dual jet shower signal king drop and I don't know this area

The hotel staff were nice and the building was in good shape overall. Our only issue was they did not clean our room in accordance to their posted cleaning policy, which was rooms are cleaned every other day. We were there 5 days (Thursday -Monday) and our room was not cleaned, until the day before we checked out; and, that was by request on Saturday afternoon. The hotel was near shopping, restaurants, had a nice outdoor area and lobby area for gatherings. Fresh popcorn was made daily. I would consider staying again but would require room cleaning per their policy and fresh towels daily.

Great stay near(ish) the airport.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and accommodating when we needed to check-in late (11pm). The room was clean and very comfortable. We selected this hotel for the location being close(ish) to the airport. It was a 15 minute drive away.

Second time staying here and plan on it again. Everyone is friendly and welcoming, the breakfast is probably the best free breakfast we’ve had in hotels and everyone loves on our dogs.

My room smelled of rotten fish. The front desk were helpful but the manager not at all. Customer service skills need refreshed especially when you're aaking guests to stay i. The room because there are no rooms available. The manager did not respont to.issue on the first day but the last day we were there and with half effort 3/10

The beautiful young lady Kateland at the front desk was awesome. I hope I spelled her name right but she was wonderful. I room wasn't ready when we got there and she was very sympathetic and apologized. She kept us informed and check on us while we waited until our room was cleaned and we appreciate that! It's good to know that you still have good respectful people in the hospitality business. She was a sweetheart and I hope her boss knows that. Keep up the good work Kateland you will truly be blessed!!
