Great staff and location. Needs a little TLC.
Pros:

The staff and location were great, and the breakfast was nice in pleasant surroundings.

Cons:

This was not the best season in Darwin, and I understand it's difficult to manage the humidity, but the room smelt mouldy and unpleasant. The pillows smelt used and definitely needed replacing. There was also an edge of mould around the shower. The air conditioner dripped water on the tiled floor.

Pros:

Always nice to stay here, have done so many times.

Cons:

Check-in delayed by 45mins after being advised 2pm check-in time. Room service only brought part of our order up to the room, and the drinks arrived 30+ minutes later after mentioning to the person who bought the food, then a follow up phone call to the restaurant. All up, it took over 45mins to receive everything we ordered.

A great family stay
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. My daughter suffered a medical episode that required and ambulance and reception was nothing but patient and kind to me throughout the ordeal.

The breakfast was amazing as well! We all highly enjoyed it.

Cons:

Some the furniture in the room was getting a little old but it wasn't a massive problem. Our aircpn also wasn't fold but again it was manageable. When I told reception they had someone come up to check it out within an hour.
