The O.A.K. Restaurant Darwin is now open for lunch from 12pm to 2pm and Happy Hour from 4pm to 6pm.

Brilliant and super comfortable for a family equipped with everything you need
Pros:

We had a lovely spacious 2 bedroom apartment for 2 nights with a well equipped kitchen, a good quality washing machine and dryer. Very clean and modern. Super comfortable beds. Would absolutely stay here again.

Cons:

That we couldn’t stay longer as we had a flight to catch.

Comfortable and convenient
Pros:

Location was great, only a short walk to Smith st mall and the harbour. Comfortable apartment and air conditioning was great.

Cons:

Microwave shorted out and washing machine had a recurring error message due to low water pressure.

Well located and comfortable apartments
Pros:

Great location, easy walking distance to the CBD shops, supermarkets and a reasonable walking distance to the waterfront. Comfortable and well designed apartments with water views. Good food choices.

Pros:

the apartment was clean it had everything we needed walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the Darwin waterfront precinct beautiful views overlooking out to the ocean and the city. I also enjoyed relaxing in the pool .

Noisy place, expensive for what it is
Pros:

Good view.

Cons:

Two fire alarms, one in the middle of the night. Neither were for a fire but were highly disruptive.
Needs more elevators.
Noisy, thin floors, can hear people stomping overhead.
Incredibly, incredibly expensive for what it is.
No door on the bedroom so technically it is not a one bedroom apartment, just a glorified studio.
Absolutely filthy underneath the furniture.
