My work trip to Darwin.
Pros:

My stay at your accommodation was excellent in many ways. I was able to relax and focus in my own time in comfort even at night. I felt safe, secure and relaxed.

Great hotel with breakfast included.
Pros:

We got a top floor room, ocean view and it was stunning. Unfortunately only had a short one night stay before we drove to Katherine. The room was spacious and the Continental breakfast was great for our big day ahead. Car parking was easy and location was great with a short 10min walk into town.
Didnt get time to use any of the pool or other facilities. Water on arrival was helpful too.

Cons:

A cot was initially requested but not approved for our stay, luckily it was organised promptly once I asked at reception.
Everything else was great.

Darwin - Very Enjoyable
Pros:

Oaks Elan is located in Woods Street, about a 5-minute walk to the mall and surrounding restaurants. 10 - 15 Minute walk to Mitchell Street where majority of restaurants, clubs and pubs are located, Woolies and Coles.
Bens Bakehouse is around the corner and Dukes Cafe opposite as Ben's is not open weekends.
Apartment as very clean with views of Frances Bay, quiet and easy check in. Gym was reasonable - light weights and not heavily used, pool is long like a lap pool, wider though and overlooks the city.
Only negative was the Wi-Fi is 2.4Ghz, little slow and had to get a password from reception as could not connect using the supplied instructions.
Recommended for both families and couples to stay.

We had a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment which was very convenient & the views were awesome. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Restaurant downstairs had very nice food

Fabulous five days in the heart of Darwin. Good to have parking facilities
