room was lovely, very spacious, good view to the east. Bed was comfortable with great pillows

A well located hotel with everything at your doorstep.
Pros:

We had a water view from our room but missed out on a small balcony. The hotel is located so close to the city centre making it easy to access a vast array of shops and eateries on foot. Public transport was located nearby but was not our preferred method of transport. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room was perfectly fine but our only complaint was the airconditioning which emitted a stale watery smell, and was very noticeable everytime you entered the room.

Good accommodation offer, slightly lacking in atmosphere
Pros:

Great location and well-equipped rooms.

Cons:

There is a real sense of a lack of flexibility - lots of rules posted up everywhere and reception staff at check in seemed to be going through the motions (rattling off information without thinking about whether anyone could understand them). This created a less than welcoming atmosphere overall
