A bit noisy from traffic - particularly hooting of cars after the Belgian win in the world cup football!

Mein Zimmer hatte einen Ausblick auf einen dreckigen, unschönen Innenhof. Das Hotel ist außerdem hellhörig und schon in die Jahre gekommen.

Kambariuose nėra oro kondicionavimo, nei ventiliatoriaus, nei šaldytuvo. Per karščius buvo neįmanoma bent kiek pailsėti net naktį, o atidarius langus didelis triukšmas iš gatvės per naktį. Lovos labai kietos. Kambariai prašosi remonto. Truksta rozečių patogiose vietose.

Je trouve hallucinant que la chambre ne possédait ni climatisation ni ventilateur. En pleine canicule avec un enfant de 5 ans c'était juste horrible.
Pas de frigo dans la chambre.

L'odeur dans la chambre était vraiment désagréable quand on est entrés. Il n'y a pas de climatisation, il peut donc faire tres chaud au 5 eme étage l'été. La salle de bain est passable avec des odeur parfois désagréables.

The man at reception during the 7 pm check-in was grumpy; he seemed to be doing us a favour by answering our two or three questions. The lad at check-out at 7 am was better. The heating in the room couldn’t be adjusted, and the bathroom only had hot water. There was only one visible power socket in the room apart from the one in the bathroom. To find other sockets, we had to unplug the TV, which was mounted 2 metres high, and move a bed; the headboard of that bed came away from the wall and fell down. The room was clean and fairly quiet, with a balcony offering a stunning view. The bed is hard; if you’re not used to it, you’ll find it a bit of a struggle to sleep. The rooms are grey and dreary; it’s just a hotel to sleep in, nothing more. The corridor was bare, and the light came on automatically, but after a few seconds.

The hottest day of the year at 39 degrees celsius, we were at the top floor, where indoor temperatures reached 45+ celsius, no window opening would remedy the situation. There was also no fan to be provided by the hotel, or to accommodate at a different level where it might have been cooler. They should have specified there was no AC. Since i prepaid for 5 days, I was unlucky. Slept with a 6-month old baby the first night (it was torture for him), the other two hot nights i booked at a different hotel with AC. Returned the last two nights and it was bearable.

The room had only one plug. When I requested a board and iron, they only provided an iron, which had a cable that was too short to reach the bed (which i had put the shirt to iron, see picture)

The room was a bit sparse, I was there during the June '26 heatwave and the lack of air-conditioning was noticed (though I wouldn't necessarily expect it in a hotel like this), especially as the windows open onto a main road, so it was hot and noisy. Otherwise there were a few small things, no plug socket near the bed for convenient overnight charging, shower gel provided, but nowhere in the shower to keep it conveniently etc. Small niggles, but didn't detract from the overall stay.

El hotel no tiene aire acondicionado ni ventiladores. La habitación daba a la calle principal y a la parada del tranvía. Hacia muchísimo calor los días que me alojé y la combinación de ruido, luz y calor no me permitieron dormir. Tampoco se podía estar por la tarde en la habitación por el exceso de calor.
Es un hotel fantástico para el invierno, estuve hace varios años. Pero no está preparado para el verano y menos aún para una ola de calor.
