BAD SERVICE RACIST RECEPTIONIST

The location of the hotel was good and convenient, and the room itself was acceptable. However,

the overall experience was ruined by the behavior of the reception night shift staff member. He was rude, unprofessional, and changed the amount we were asked to pay from 12 euros each to 10 euros each without any proper explanation. We felt very uncomfortable and unfairly treated during the interaction. The bathroom was average and could have been cleaner. Unfortunately, customer service is a big part of any stay, and this experience left a very negative impression.

in camera non c'era un armadio, ma solo un appendi-abiti, con una sola mensola, mentre sul sito era indicato che tutte le stanze avevano un armadio o addirittura una cabina armadio, inesistente. Inoltre c'era una sola presa vicino al letto, e per ricaricare il telefono si doveva usare la presa del bagno. Inoltre sul sito era indicato che le stanze erano dotate di asse da stiro e ferro da stiro, che non c'erano (non ci sarebbe stato neppure lo spazio...).

Hôtel bien positionné, propreté et proximité de toutes les commodités.
Pros:

J'ai particulièrement aimé l'emplacement de l'hôtel qui est idéal et à proximité de tout.
La propreté est un bon point aussi.

Cons:

Le nombre de prise électrique est ridicule : 1 seule prise dans la chambre pour 2 personnes. Et en plus pas à côté des lits, mais loi de l'autre côté. Pour les besoins de toute personne normale, c'est un point handicapant, au moins pour les possibilités de recharger les téléphones de 2 personnes au même temps, pendant la nuit à côté de son lit, après une journée de tourisme dans la ville.

Pros:

Bien situé pour accéder au centre ville, parc juste à côté. Restaurants proches.

Cons:

Poignée de porte de salle de bain flottante, la porte ne ferme pas. Les meubles font un peu négligé (tiroir de table de nuit qui s'ouvre sans arrêt, revêtement griffé).
Bruit d'eau qui goutte en permanence dans la salle de bain mais pas d'écoulement apparent.

Cons:

Obsługa jakby witała gości z przymusu, pościel wyprana, ale z licznymi włosami gości, śniadanie straszne, brak papieru toaletowego (ewidentnie zapomniano uzupełnić przed moim przyjazdem, a przyjechałam ok. 23, więc to był realny problem).
