The staff was incredible!

This hotel is pretty far north of everything in Patong. If you don’t know how to ride motorbike or get a rental car, your going to pay a lot to get mostly anywhere. I think I may have been the only guest there. Staff leaves the front desk around 9pm. They leave a sign with a local number to call if assistance is needed for checkin or checkout. Front door locks to hotel, your given key card access, but the hotel is otherwise unsecured. No elevator, had to walk 4 flights of stairs to get to my room. The room was sufficient, but the bathroom was a bit out of date. No place for hygiene items by sink or elsewhere. Shower leaked water behind old glass circular doors. The balcony was a nice add-on, the comfort level was ok. My bed had stains on the blankets, but it is what it is. When staff were there, they were helpful, though they spoke little English. I checked out 4 days early to catch a different flight and was refused a refund.

Everything was fine except we couldn't connect to wifi connection in the room and we already told the staff several times till we gave up. He told us that he already tried in our room too but we still couldn't connect to the wifi. So please do fix the wifi connection at the 3rd floor. The wifi router doesn't even blink. One thing i like about is the motorcycle rental. If you're staying with them, do rent with them because you doesn't need to pay deposit or hand over your passport document. They will give you a special price if you rent more days. Room was okay. We had a good sleep too. There's complimentary water everyday too in the room.

Beds are comfortable and rooms are large. Lots of plugs are in the room and fresh towels and water bottles are left daily. There were a few days where cups weren’t replaced but that wasn’t too bad and we just rinsed them out ourselves.
Staff are super friendly and will happily help with everything.
It’s about 20-25 minute walk into central patong beach/ bangla road but the walk is very flat and there’s a local 7-11 should you want a snack.
Also the fridge in the room is a decent size!

Overall nice place. A bit of a walk to Patong though.

Stayed here for one night while visiting Patong. Hotel style set up similar to an apartment/condo. Check-in area is located in a separate building. Staff is super friendly and accommodating, and the complimentary breakfast is a real treat. The cost to value ratio is fantastic. Only complaints are 1)the lack of parking. The hotel is situated on a narrow strip off the main road. If you drive anything other than a bike, good luck to you and 2)the distance from Bangla (but I already knew that prior to booking)

The room was really airy and spacious, much nicer then expected. Only flaw was that the receptionist did not understand or speak any English.

I enjoyed staying just removed from the immediate area of Patong Beach for its relative quietude.
Discovered that the further away from the beach you go, the better the restaurant food quality:)

Staff at hotel were most accommodating and pleasant. The room was good and quiet and the bathroom was recently done & spacious with glass enclosed shower stall of generous size.

Very far from town (40min walk) and beach (20min walk) along broken/ non-existing footpath. Staff were excellent, room was average sized and sparsely furnished. Big balcony but only had view of building site opposite. Air conditioning works well. Entire bathroom gets very wet after a shower due to a short shower curtain and clogged pipes. Might get flooded easily as it doesn't drain well. Not many dining options nearby but the hotel has a small restaurant that operates every night on ground floor. One can smell good cooking scents as soon as I open the room door.

Worst location for a hotel possible with a view of a garbage dump unless you are on the top floor.

Overall was a great stay. Staff are nice and they rent out motorbike which made it easy for us to get around from the getgo.
