It was a great stay
Pros:

10-15 min walk to Ginza. 2 min walk to Takaracho station. A straight Asakusa line to Haneda Airport. The breakfast buffet was limited BUT it has quality. Love the naan and curry

La proximité des transports, des magasins, petits commerces (Family Mart)...

Cons:

Pas de fer à repasser. La température de la chambre bloquée, impossible de changer alors qu’il faisait froid. Solution, offre d’un plaid 😳... Les changements des yukata et serviettes se font bizarrement. J’ai réussi à me retrouver sans yukata alors que j’ai donné le sale, pris le propre laissé devant ma porte et au final, la femme de ménage a tout pris 😅. Dans un tel quartier, c’est dommage que le service ne soit pas à la hauteur. Les toilettes ne sont pas chauffées, c’était froid 😁

Tolles Hotel direkt an Tokio Station
Pros:

Alles war super. Man hätte nichts an Hygieneartikeln und Schlafsachen mitbringen, da man alles vor Ort bekommen hat. Das Personal war freundlich und die Zimmer und Handtücher wurden regelmäßig gereinigt.

Cons:

Für zwei Personen ging es vom Platz her zum Schlafen, aber man konnte nicht gemeinsam im Zimmer sitzen

Worth staying here again!
Pros:

Good, quiet location with a nice, easy walk to the Ginza area. Tokyo Metro (Takaracho) just around the corner. APA Hotels are very consistent in terms of service, style, and overall comfort. Very reliable in that sense.

Cons:

APA should invest in training their staff in English. It is not east to communicate with the staff - they try to help, but it winds up being lots of smiles, hee-hee-haw-haw, and ultimately nothing meaningful is communicated.
