Convenient location & a nice place to stay if you are visiting Tokyo for a few days.
Pros:

Excellent location close to Tokyo station & two Tokyo subway stations. Very clean, had large windows & all modern amenities . Hotel was full of foreign tourists. Breakfast was included in the price. Reasonably hotel price for our stay. They provided luggage storage. Thanks Booking.com.

Cons:

Small room but that is typical of a standard hotel in Tokyo.

スタッフの対応が良かったことです。
Cons:

二人でダブルベットで泊まりました。選び方が悪かったのか
ちょっと狭かったです。仕方ないですね。
次回は部屋の大きさ　お値段を合わせて考え　選びたいとおもいます。
良かったことは　近くにコンビニがあったことです。

Un hotel moderno, buena ubicación cerca de estacion de metro

Cons:

El tamaño de la habitación., muy, muy pequeña. Apenas si nos podíamos mover dentro con dos maletas de mano.

Great location and value for money
Pros:

Very clean facility and great location and accessible directly from and to both Tokyo airports

Cons:

The window in my room was locked and couldn’t be opened. So it got a bit warm at times
