Pros:

Vse ok, kdyz viděli ze odcházíme zrovna se nás ptali jestli chceme uklidit. Dá se všude do města dojít pěšky.

Okna prakticky jen na společnou venkovní chodbu, pokud nemáte zataženo, jde vše zvenku vidět.
