compramos tres aguas na noite que chegamos, efetuamos o pagamento na hora da compra. no dia seguinte (dia do check-out) o recepcionista que estava no momento voltou a cobrar as aguas novamente. pagamos uma agua duas vezes pois nao fizeram o devido controle de pagamento do cliente. e o pix de pagamento da diaria nao foi feito no CNPJ do hotel, foi em uma conta particular.
